I had taken my car for a check up in September of 2023 as my vehicle was turning off suddenly , They had ran a diagnosis and said they had fixed the problem with it being the spark plugs , I drove the car and it suddenly turned off shortly after they said to bring it again they ran another diagnosis and found that it had to do with an exhaust solenoid , during that time of the second diagnosis a strike started with the United auto union so the business stated they had to wait till it was over , the strike ended on October 30 my car had been in their shop for a month at that time ' I called a after the strike was over to see if the parts would be available soon , they gave me a date for mid to late November ' I waited until the 17 th i had called and they pushed it to thanks giving week i called again and the dates were pushed until December 20th I called again on the 20th and it got pushed again to Jan 4 th , mind you My car had been sitting there 2 months after the strike had ended , I ended picking up the car on the 5th of January **** where the car turned off again less than a day , I contacted the business to make a resolution of a refund , and was told I would get a call back no call back that day , I called the next day with my name and number with no reply , and the third day I called and was told someone would get back to me with no contact after , where no resolution was solvedInitial Complaint

* Date of Transactions: October 17 2022 - February 1 2023 * Amount of Money Paid: $4,703.14 *Watsonville Chrysler Dodge ******** committed to fix the rattling in the front suspension and resolve Service Error codes in dash for a 2017 Dodge ProMaster City utility van with about ****** miles ******* of dispute is that the dealership initially misdiagnosed the problem and afterwords forced the owner to pay for the parts and labor that did not fix the problem while the vehicle remained un-drivable. *The dealership tried to resolved the problem with a second diagnosis and estimate. They ordered an incorrect part causing a two month delay in repairs versus one week for the correct part. After the work was completed the error codes are gone, but a rattle in the front suspension continues. The dealership refuses to warranty their work. They refuse to be accountable for charging for parts and labor that did not fix the problem.They refuse to be accountable for ordering the incorrect part causing the owner two months loss of vehicle, work and hardship.Research with other Technicians and online indicates that its highly unlikely that a vehicle with ****** needs a new Clock Spring, Engine Mounts and a Steering Rack. *Tracking Information: Watsonville Chrysler Dodge ******** ************************************************************************* ************ ********************* ************ for a 2017 Dodge ProMaster City **************************** Service Writer Manager *************************, Part Owner *********************, General Manager
