I have had tremendous difficulty cancelling a subscription. They continue to charge me and send the next order out. I am on the phone again trying to shut it all down. Next step cancel the credit card they have on file. Do not buy from Nordic Naturals.

I wrote an email and they replied as if they didn't understand me. I wrote then a few more emails, but now they just ignore it. I ordered a product based on the info shown on their website, but they shipped me larger capsules. I am asking a shipping label to return it, but they are ignoring my request. I called them several times at ************ (on Monday November 27 between 3:30pm and 4pm PT) spoke 3 times with their representatives, and they are just hanging up on me, they are not willing to fix the problem, they keep saying they will transfer me to a manager, but all they do is hanging up.Review from Cynthia S

Tried to order a product via their toll free number. Asked about advertised online 25% discount on the product I was interested in and which did apply. Call agent refused to honor 25% discount via telephone order stating order must be placed via the internet website in order to receive the discount.Had made previous telephone order a few weeks prior to this and I had overlooked that I did not receive the 25% discount. I called and the discount was then credited back to my credit card, however, my plans do not include ordering, being overcharged, then calling Nordic Naturals yet again and waiting on hold for an eternity and then wait again to have overcharges credited back to my credit card. That constitutes BS where I come from.My point: Either honor the discount to all that ask for it, whether an online OR telephone order OR retract the deceptive offer. This is both deceptive and discriminatory. Calls and emails to Director of **************** ******************* remain ignored as of this writing. Nordic Naturals products have been used by me for some time now and I find this kind of deceptive advertising surprising.Review from Diane S

WARNING once you order you can't cancel!! I place and order and within a couple of hours realized there was an ingredient that I can't have. They refuse to cancel the order, but once I receive it I can send it back? Total scam.Review from Christa B

Their website will not let you cancel a subscription (the actual button to follow through with the cancellation is missing, I tried 3 different browsers), and when I called previously to cancel the subscription, they only stopped it for 2 months before I was billed again. They have no way for you to remove your payment methods either.Review from Mike P

Products are not good quality and they have quality control issues. I order directly from Nordic Naturals. I have had a subscription for Children's DHA and every time I receive the product, the gummies are melted and stuck on the protective foil. Called customer service about the issues and they said it's the problem with shipping and will not resolve issue. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend ordering from this company,Nordic Naturals Response
