I placed an order (order #****) for a pair of boots on 12/24/23. The total order was $278.35. The online store requested payment through shop.com. The estimated delivery date was 1/10/24. On 1/16/24 I emailed the company requesting a status update on the order. At that time I realized their website was no longer valid. I have yet to hear from them.
