            I had issues with my vehicle, brought my vehicle in to CDJR West Covina over a year ago for the issue And nothing has been done to resolve my issue. I had to personally contact my extended warranty company. Then I find out CDJR has been contacting the wrong warranty company? Truck is still not repaired.

            I am giving this dealer a 1 and if i could give it a negative number i would because this dealer is the worse. They are good at taking down payments but once you walk out that door and something is wrong dont count on that dealer to help. I bought a vehicle there and the vehicle was stolen 2 months later i went into cancel the warrantys i had on the vehicle and when i went in they were supposed to cancel the policy with ****** and they did not i had to go in again to cancel it because they had fired the previous finance manager and he didnt do his job and the lady that they hired they did not cancel it either so my wife had to ************* finally told us it was cancelled and told us to contact the dealer to get updates. Ive been trying get a hold of someone in the dealer and all i get is the run around, hung up on or them saying someone will return the call and have not received no call back. I recently called in and spoke to the ************* and he was extremely rude, super disrespectful ,no customer service at all.
