02-23-2023 After the car dealer promises to rent the car for six months, the lessee can buy out the car according to the residual value: $23551.08. We signed an additional agreement with the car dealership and made a down payment of $12000, and paid in the following 5 months $846.21x5= $4231.05, total paid $16231.05 till now 07-11-2023 We returned to the dealership and wanted to buy out the vehicle at the agreed price, but the dealership did not recognize the previous additional agreement. We were told that the previous salesman was no longer working in the dealership, and the additional agreement signed before was invalid. If we wanted to buy out the vehicle , the amount is $40,000. The dealership ignored our agreement to show it and threatened to call the police to drive us away. I am 7 months pregnant and I am extremely disturbed by how they treated us, my husband and I felt cheated, rude and insulted, This incident is no longer about money. To this day, I still has lingering fears. Now whenever I see the Pacifica, she will feel very uncomfortable. I am now slightly depressed because of the whole incident. My husband nightmares a lot and I also find this whole thing extremely insulting, but most importantly our son is going to be 16years old and he already understands everything, he knows we bought the car the whole process, From buying a car at the beginning to leasing a car for 6 months and then buying it out, we have been cheated and humiliated later, if we dont fight, what will our children think? How will he know this society? Is trust between people still important? After seeing the reviews of this car dealership on ******* many customers have been cheated, and their reviews mentioned that they will report to the BBB. We only know that there is a department like Better Business Bureau that can complain, so we will, Report what happened to us to the BBB?chryslercapital account number: *************** CHRYSLER PACIFICA H VIN: *****************

Purchased *** insurance contract from dealership in April 2021. *** insurance contract was cancelled in Feb 2022, when vehicle was refinanced. Per contract, dealership was supposed to notify me within 30 days of cancellation, and refund me pro-rated portion of the cost. I have made multiple attempts to contact the dealership to work with Finance and ************ Left multiple messages and spoken with several staff who take "messages" with no correspondence from dealer. Attached are the *** contract and signed agreement. See section 7 of contract terms which clearly state dealership responsibilities. Dealer is in violation of *** contract and owes me refund for *** insurance.

I purchased a vehicle (2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon) from this business on 27 May 2023. During this transaction I traded in a 2023 Cadillac XT6. It is now 12 July 2023 and this business has yet to fulfill the terms of the contract. The terms being the agreed amount that they would pay for the 2023 Cadillac XT6. According to my research when a dealership agrees to purchase a trade-in they have 21 calendar days to finalize the payoff amount to the sellers financial institution.

Purchased a 2022 Dodger Charger Used on May 6, 2023 At Envision CDJR ******************************* COVINA, ** ***** Transaction conducted by *************************************************** I went in with an online ad that stated the car in question was selling for $29,000. I kept asking them over and over if they would honor the online ad. To which they kept reassuring me they would. I also agreed to purchasing the warranty. They then start negating the monthly payment to which I agreed as well. After that long and exhausting process came time to sign the paperwork which at that point was 10p.m. When going over the paperwork and also them knowing I was a first time auto loaner they didn't got over line by line. I saw the number $36,800 to which I thought was the price of the car $29,000 plus the title, resignation, fees and warranty. Which made sense in my mind. Never did they explain or go over any other number amount. I didn't even get a itemized print out. When I went to go make my first payment the is when I find out that they took out the loan to be a total of $46,000. Never once did they state that price to me because I would have not purchased the car. Long story short even though they said they would honor the online price they ended up charging me about $7000 more. I called them and their response to me is that the price is still under MSR and I should just be happy. I went online to write a review which I never do for anything and it seems from other reviews that this is a normal scam they do on their customers. Many customers have written a review stating that they agreed upon a price and after getting the paperwork is at least $10,000 over then want they said. Not one customer was disclosed this info until after signing. Between the dealer/ finance team and myself to my knowledge the agreed upon price was $29,000, but ended up costing me $46,000. They scammed me and many others before me. I am most disappointed that since it was an online ad it has since been taken down.

We went through entire process of purchasing a certified pre-owned 2022 Ram ****. After all paperwork signed for purchase and trade-in, we are ready to drive home ** new vehicle. The drivers floor mat was missing and also the 2nd key fob. They said they would ship out a new door mat - but will not follow up with ** to see if or when that will happen. They also say they require all buyer to purchase the accessory insurance and to use that insurance to have them send out a new key fob. But of course have to wait for 2 months for that to kick-in. Happy with the truck purchase but not the mandatory extra insurance, the missing mat, and missing key fob.

I traded in my vehicle and purchased a used car from them on 3/15/23. I noticed the next day (roughly 12 hours later) that my car had a crack in the windshield. I contacted the manager I worked with the night before and he told me he "wasn't sure" if they'd be able to fix it. He knew I was moving out of state the next week and dragged it out and wouldn't text me back/set up an appointment for the fix. My windshield was never repaired. The salesman I worked with was ****** and the manager was ****. There were also four 'optional' additions added into my contract. Two of them were insurances/warranties that I elected. Two of them were items I was lied to about and told I was required to purchase as part of the car since they were 'preinstalled'. Three of the four items had cancellation previsions in the contract. I returned on 3/20/23 with signed letters requesting cancellation of the three services. The letters were prepared as the contract stated and included all information necessary. The dealership processed the cancellation for the warranty and insurance but refused to cancel the other service. I dealt with ***, finance manager, ******, manager, and *******, manager. ******* told me that he would not cancel the other contract because he "didn't want to". I have signed/dated copies of all letters and confirmation of cancellation of the first two services proving that he violated their contract and only cancelled 2/3. They are trying to force me to go through the third party to make it more difficult on me. I have attached a copy of the cancellation request that was declined in violation of the contract.

3-21-23 Tried to buy a vehicle from this dealership for their online advertised price. I told them I would pay cash for the vehicle and to start the paperwork since I agreed to their price. After a couple phone calls with sales, they had me speak with the sales manager who then informed me that they were going to add on $7,000 in dealer "hard cost" addons. (This was a ****** car, so that was grossly disproportionate to the value)They said they may be able to take some of the addons off. After hours of wasted time back and forth, they said they wouldn't remove the add ons.I am not one to leave these kind of reviews or ratings, but it left such a bad taste in my mouth I had to share my experience with the world so hopefully one person doesn't get their time wasted like I did. Update: It looks like the changed the price of the vehicle overnight. Proof attached. The adds were things like, ceramic coating, which is nearly useless on a jeep. The whole

When signing paper with finance, we declined to add any additional products and only to stick with our ****** out of door cost. When we sign all the electronic documents, I was under impression it was for ******. Couple weeks later, I found out from the bank the dealer financed me for ******. There is an extra $895 dollar on my loan. I went in on 11/22/2022 and try to find out what what happened. The person did my finance was already quit. I talked with dealers new finance manager **** and was promised they will issue a refund. It never came. I messaged and called **** in Dec to get an update then I found out he no longer works there. I called my sales rep ********************************* few time and asked for her help. She said she will have the finance department to call me back. I never got the call. I went back again on Feb 4th 2023 and talked to their another new finance manager *** and asked for the refund. He said they are not responsible for ***** promise when he was working there and they will not honor the refund deal. There is nothing they can do for the over charge.
