I bought a truck from Performance Ford on 6/29/24 and there were a couple items on the Due Bill, issues with the mirrors and tailgate moldings missing. Anyway I waited two weeks to make an appointment and drop it off due to the fact that parts were supposedly ordered and so on. Anyhow I feel like Im getting the run around and dont really appreciate it, I dropped the truck off on 7/20/24 and was supposed to receive a call that day about the truck but never did. So I called 5 times on Monday 7/22/24 and finally got in touch with **** in sales that knew something about it. He told me he was going to have the woman that had my key call me and that the truck was done, never received a call and now here were the following Monday and I spent 30 minutes trying to get in touch with the service manager only to have a service advisor try to help me and he never could find the ticket on my truck or an invoice with my name on it. So he put me on hold and spoke with some woman Im assuming the one that had my key and she told him that its not done and has to go to the body shop. Seems to me Im getting the run around and quite a long time to fix simple things that should have been caught when the vehicle went through used car inspection and I still havent gotten a phone call and also have a payment coming up on a truck sitting at your dealership. So I talked to the service manager today and supposedly they were getting parts from another dealer that are on back order and he said hed call me back and let me know when the truck would be done, of course no return call.

On 05/22/2024 brought our vehicle in for maintenance and Inspection as covered by our warranty. We listed that the vehicle seemed to be shaking while driving and possibly needed alignment as well as oil change. They inspected the car and THEIR TEAM found that the motor mounts needed to be replaced. Made an appointment for 07/03/2024 to bring in the vehicle and have them replace the motor mounts. On 07/10/2024 we finally get a call saying the motor mounts aren't covered by our warranty- which was the first time we were notified. We told them we would just do the oil change since that IS under warranty. When we went to pickup the vehicle today they tried to charge my husband $419. We told them the services rendered were under our maintenance plan. So then they came back and said we had to pay $219 for the diagnostic. Even though they had ALREADY DONE the diagnostic in May. My husband needed to get to work so he paid them. I went into their office today to challenge this charge and spoke to ***************************** who said that the $219 should have been charged in May but they "forgot to" and so they charged us today. All while NEVER telling us we'd be charged for it to begin with until the car was already done and they wouldn't release it unless my husband paid. They also stated on their paperwork that "someone else has been working on the car" which could void warranties but we've ONLY ever brought it to this location. And I have EVERY work order from each point of service to prove that. These are predatory practices that they need to be held accountable for. Especially since this isn't the first time they've tried to charge us for things that were covered. And if they're doing it to us, they're probably doing it to others as well.

I purchased a car from Performance Ford and promises were made that were not honored and then I was treated very poorly, yelled at and bullied when I asked to receive the compensation that they agreed to pay me. I was told to pay 5k deposit via cc then 32k wire, all of these things I did on time and Performance did not honor the promises they conveyed. I was told the car, would be washed, charged, had not damage, that the lojack could be removed. The care was released to the transport company w/o my approval and to the wrong delivery address (that turned out fine- the car arrived). Performance said they registered the sale with the state of CA and almost a month later we have learned that they did not register the sale w/ the state of CA after they said they did it on the, I was told the scratches were sufruce and would go away with a wax job, I paid $125 for wax and the scratches remained. We were told the lojack could be removed and the price reduced by approx. $900 and then told this was not true. After a lot of back and forth we were promised $650 rebate and then we were contacted yesterday and told it was now $200, the person who promised it to us was fired and why were were not talking to the manager. Every time we called we asked to speak to the manager we were shuttled to a sales person and then adonished for not talking to a manager. They never worked with us in good faith, they just said and did whatever to get the car sold and mis represented the process and their commitments. This could all be over looked but the abusive, rude, non customer centric behavior the the manager is unacceptable.

I brought my truck (F 150) at **** Performance Dealership on February 16 2024 for a check engine oil leaks, It took two weeks for the repair to be completed. I pick up my truck from the dealership after the repair was completed and paid the total amount of $5,495.55. I notice the check engine light came on while driving home. I took my vehicle back to the dealership on the same day. I told a customer service rep at the counter name ********************* about the engine light wasn't fixed. **** looked inside my dashboard and saw the check engine on and suggested me to leave my truck back to the shop for further diagnosis. On March 14, 2024 I received a voicemail message from ****** who is the manager starting that my vehicle was ready and fixed. He stated on voicemail that it was a electric connector and done a road tested. ****** said out of courtesy he will have someone deliver my vehicle to my residence. Later on the same day, I got back in my vehicle to get gas and the check engine light came back on and the problem was not resolved.I am frustrated and requesting a full refund from **** Performance. Please see attached files of the List of Repairs and copy receipt of the amount of my repair.

Performance Ford in West Covina, removed my Low **** without permission and when I asked for it to be returned, I was told they will call me back. I took my vehicle in for service battery draining, they wanted to charge me $420.11 while I have premium warranty. They have lied constantly, they have charged me for service when I had maintenance and premium warranty. Under reviews you can find that they have done this to other customers. I ask for them to install my low *****

I have had many issues with Performance Ford, since buying my 2022 F-150 Raptor on 10/01/2023.Most stem from the definition of the **** Certified Pre-owned warranty and the dealerships unwillingness to follow anything the warranty actually covers.I have owned this truck for ONLY 3 month at this point. It finally rained in ******************* recently, leading me to discover my truck's windshield leaks water into the cab. The leak stems from a bad seal at the top drivers side corner of the windshield. I called the dealership 3 times starting on 1/2/24, and was told "*****" would call me back, this never happened and each time I called I was offered a different excuse he was too busy, and or gone. ironically these excuses would contradict each other based on who was telling me them. So on 1/3/24 I finally decided to just drive to the dealership, I arrived just before 2pm. ************ was EMPTY and I waiting 3-5 minutes before a many describing himself to be the "finance manger" came out of the managers office to greet me. it's worth noting this same person described himself as the owner when they were selling me the truck. During this conversation he said "your truck is used, it is sold as is", a far cry from how much they talked up the *** warranty when I was buying the truck. So I let him know I was supposed to be called back by "*****" but that never happened, still hasn't btw. He tried to call ***** 2x, to no effect, then comes outside and tells me "no one forced me to purchase the vehicle, and there is nothing they can do." After this statement he was so angry he attempted to walk through the dealership front door backwards from the direction the doors swing and was stuck between the doors. I had my wife record this interaction because the conversation inside the dealership just prior went so poorly I knew this one wouldn't be any better. Please contact me so I can share the rest of their deceptive and likely illegal business practices.

The vehicle starts and stops for no reason. It's occurred 3 times and in the middle of traffic. The service center is always busy, I don't get offered a loaner on days I do take it in yet I pay extra for a service agreement. As a whole, it's an unfair business tactic that should be reported.

My car broke down due to cheap plastic being used on expensive performance parts, I purchased a Ford racing intake manifold less than 8 months ago, my car started acting funny, I put it in the shop and upon investigation of the problem I found that heat from my engine bay caused the Ford racing intake manifold I purchased to cracked where the throttle body mounts, I reached out to Ford performance immediately to make them aware of a potentially serious manufacturing defect and to get a replacement but the Ford performance team, ************ to be exact told me I'm not covered under warranty and has refused to answer me back.
