Date of Transaction: 03/12/2022 The amount of money you paid the business: $830 03/12/22 - $118 04/13/2022 - $89.00 05/13/2022 - $89.00 06/13/2022 - $89.00 07/13/2022 - $89.00 08/13/2022 - $89.00 09/13/2022 - $89.00 10/13/2022 - $89.00 11/13/2022 - $89.00 The business is committed to providing me with a total of 8 treatment sessions within 2 months.The Joint Chiropractor continues to bill me monthly for unused services. On November 7, 2022, I visited the joint chiropractor's office to inquire about the situation. They claimed that I have signed a contract, however, I did not receive any copy of the contract on the day the said contract was signed. The company claims, "Company is not required to give a contract copy nor a receipt to the consumer". I ONLY signed up for 8 treatment sessions WITHIN 2 months, and the company bound me into a different agreement from what I am informed of. When I confronted the front desk and the manager about my situation, they did not offer any solution other than flat cancel the monthly billing and upon their company knowledge that no refund will be refunded to the consumer. The business failed to meet my expectations in resolving this matter.
