My daughter and I came to this store to see the dresses, my daughter tried on a dress but it was a too big so the girl said they can order the correct size. I paid for it in advance, when we went back for the dress my daughter tried the dress on and she was uncomfortable with it because it was a lil tight in the waist area. I told the girl I wanted a refund because my daughter did not want the dress, we never took the dress home this was the same day we went back. They said they could not refund us our money, I told her why I never left the store with the dress. It's not fare that we can not get a refund, the dress was uncomfortable and we never took the dress out of the store. They say it's the policy of the store, but I think it's not fare. Please help. Thank you.
