I stayed on Aug. 20 and I'm not able to get my deposit back of merely $25.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/10/12) */ There is no credit due. Guest had extra guests upon booking thus the 25 dollar charge is held. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/10/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) So they blatantly lie and are dishonest. I arrived a little late to get up early for work, there was no other guest. I get run a round to issue CC for refund as I was in town Oct. 1 and told it would be handled Monday a few days later and was not!
