      Unfortunately, despite Heart Made of Gold marketing their products as 'waterproof,' my experience has been different. I purchased the earrings specifically for beachwear, but after only wearing them there, the inside of my hoops has begun to turn green. Given the $60 price point, even with a discount, this is disappointing and does not reflect the advertised quality. I reached out to the business and they failed to rectify the situation.

      Purchased earrings in April 2024 and went to wear in June 2024, but one was not wearable. One of the earrings post is not soldered correctly, which makes it bend when you try to clasp it. This does not occur with the other earring.I reached out mid June, they responded saying I need to bend the earring back to wear it. this doesnt work as the post bends again when you try to clasp as the soldering is too weak. You can tell between the earrings 1 has correct soldering and 1 earring has a blob where it should have been soldered correctly.They did not respond to emails send 6/24 or 7/8 with additional photos explaining the issue. Item has one year warranty, but they have not responded to me. I am well within one year.

      Ordered 3 rings, size 6. They are not a size 6. Way too small. Asked to send back for a refund. ****** emailed me they were on sale so no refund but if I sent them back, she would issue a store credit. It's been 5 days since they received them (June 18,2024 to June 22, 2024) and no response. BEWARE!!!! They do not provide a phone number on any website. You are at their mercy with emails only.       I ordered a ring on heart of gold in march. A week later a busted nasty looking ring showed up via ***** I immediately contacted the company explaining they sent me a defective ring that about damaged my skin opening with the sharp edge on the ring. Given it was in terrible condition I asked for a refund. Their customer service person said there was nothing wrong with it and berated me in an email. They never offered me a refund, I was scammed. Companys like this on e-commerce platforms should be banned by the government. This is the worst online seller Ive ever encountered. Dont buy from them!!! They will scam you.

      I made a purchase from Heart Made of Gold October 27th! I was searching for gold filled jewelry that wouldnt tarnish in water. This company has a section on the website that states waterproof. I purchased rings and earrings under this section only. Within 2 weeks of wearing the rings they tarnished and look like bubblegum jewelry. I reached out to their customer service several times and finally received an answer from the most nastiest business owner. She wouldnt do anything for me even after I sent her pictures. She accused me of using lotions and perfumes which I did not. She told me I could buy a replacement for 14 dollars each item. I told her I wouldnt give her a dollar more. She was rude, took forever to get back to me, ignored everything I wrote and wouldnt even offer me a few options. I wasnt even asking for my money back I was just asking to exchange the pieces. I dont know how she will remain in business with false advertisement and her nasty attitude. I will choke up this purchase to a definite example of these pop up horrible businesses. I hope she experiences this treatment one day!

      I placed an order with Heart Made of Gold on April 21st at 7:52pm. I quickly emailed to cancel the order at 8:05pm on April 21st. This order was supposed to be a gift for someone else. The merchant replied at 11:55am on April 23rd by saying that "per shop policy they do not offer cancellations". It was mind blowing to me that they tried to say my order was shipped when I requested a cancellation within 13 minutes of placing it. At that point, I felt I could only just wait for the order to arrive and then return it. I did just that, only to find out that they would not take my return because I bought during a special. I was very upset given my original request. After lots of back and forth with them, I asked them to show me where it said that cancellations were not accepted. I had already printed out their shop policy. They went in and edited their policy to state the information about the cancellations, minutes after I had printed it. This made me furious. The customer service is extremely poor. There is no phone number to speak with anyone in that company which is beyond me. I now get no response from them after they said via my dispute on paypal that they would accept the return. I mailed back the items and now I have nothing. I have no refund, nor do I have the items. I can't even get a response.

      I purchased from this company 2 times. The first time I made a purchase was October 2022. After purchasing rings from this company, within 2 months the ring started to oxidize and cause irritation on my skin. I showed them how I wear other rings that are tarnish proof (had been for 2 years now constantly) to no issue. I reached out to the company, to which CLAIMS to have a lifetime warranty with images (it is the thick banded one) and they essentially blamed me. Saying that "lotions and oils can cause this, but the ring is definitely gold filled". I have never seen a gold filled ring develop a linear line as this one did. Also again, some of my other rings are gold filled and have been worn for YEARS not months. I responded to this claim and heard nothing. I left a contact on their site, again nothing. I finally left a review on the ring's page and saw it was deleted by the next day. I left another and the same thing happened. I emailed again, no response. I do not trust this company anymore and believe they are deceiving buyers with false claims of gold filled for their rings and their lifetime warranty. NOTE: Their earrings seem to be fine. But my experience with this company has been unprofessional and untrustworthy.

      I purchased a ring, size 6, on 11/27/22. They sent me the wrong size, size 5. I sent them a message letting them know they sent the wrong size. They had me take a photo showing it was the wrong size, and after receiving the photo heart made of gold then told me to ship the wrong item back to them - at my own cost - to correct their mistake. They will not ship me a replacement to correct their error, until I pay to ship back the item. They have not offered me a refund.

      On 11/6, I ordered a ring, order #*****. When I received the ring, a stone was missing. I received the ring on 11/12. I sent an email on 11/13 per their website guidelines about how to initiate a return.They sent a defective product displaying their quality, I thought asking for a return was more than appropriate. They said since the ring was bought with a discount code, they could only initiate a store credit or a replacement only. I responded that that would not suffice. I would agree with their terms if I had simply changed my mind, but it was defective. Multiple emails back and forth with a photo of the ring with the missing stone was sent. They refuse to acknowledge that they are in the wrong. It wasn't an expensive ring, this is about principle! When you send a defective product and the customer doesn't want a replacement or store credit, you should make an exception and give them their money back! Why would I want them to keep my money while they issue me a product of low quality?! This is not how you do business.

      I purchased some sliver huggie hoop earrings from heart made of gold on 9/10/21 on a buy 2 get 1 free deal. In total I paid $90.10 to the company, the earrings I am writing about cost $26. They initially sent me the wrong color of an earring which they quickly sent a replacement pair. The earrings I'm writing about I only wore a couple of times and the clasps just stopped working. Considering they have a 1 year warranty and 100% happiness guarantee I reached out to see if they could send me a replacement since I was still within the warranty period. They basically blamed me saying that it was caused by accidental damage when it was not. The clasps do not work, I have other earrings from here as well and the clasps are also difficult to close. There are other reviews stating this same problem on their website so I know I'm not the only one. When I continued to ask about their warranty I was ignored. I wrote a review on their website which they deleted the next day.
