Purchased 5/18/24, did not fit correctly emailed & called various times but unable to get proper replace size or refund. numerous conversations but no results. Pretty sure this isn't the first complaint. At this point just want my money refunded & given the proper instructions to return this itemBusiness response

We are just waiting for the returned item to be received. Once the item is received and in good condition, a refund will then be processed for the customer.

I ordered a knee brace. The brace is too small so I emailed them. They emailed me back and said they would replace the brace with the next size up. I did not hear from them after that response on 4/26/24. I have sent 3 more e-mails and called twice. They keep telling me the only way they can handle this concern is by email with their support team. I keep telling them the emails are not coming through. They keep telling me that since I received the email on the 24th that the emails should be coming through. I keep telling them they are not coming through. We keep going round and round with no satisfaction because they tell me the only way to handle this situation is via email with their customer support team. They tell me I cannot get this resolved via a phone call. I am very upset! I want to send back the brace at their expense and receive a full refund. I am so done with this company. Please help me. Hi Team,
We already sent the customer an email asking her what her request is but she mentioned that she already contacted your organization and she never received our emails before. We can easily resolve it from our end because this is just a simple request. However, since the customer already contacted you we will be happy to assist her with her concern. We will have our refunds team process a refund back to her account within ***** hours. On top of that as a courtesy, there is no need for her to return the knee brace back to us. We will then close this case as resolved.
