      I scheduled an appointment with this clinic, my first visit was on July 14, 2022, I got three syringes of fillers ********************************************************************** I was told by purchasing three syringes of filler at the special rate of $700.00 (as advertised on the clinic ********* page) and injecting them in my right jaw will resolve the jaw issue and make my jawline on both sides more symmetrical. The nurse that injected me pushed the filler all in one area which made my face ********************************* not symmetrical or even, it looks 10 times worse than before. I Called them immediately to schedule a follow up, I retuned on August 19th, 2022, and was told the nurse that injected me has been fired due to many complains. They attempted to correct my face and on the way out they indicated that I have to pay $1200 ************************************************************* I immediately questioned why am I paying the additional $800 they said that one syringe of filler is now at the rate of $799 I explained that I am here to correct a mistake that was made by a nurse that has been fired from your facility due to the many complaints against her work. In addition, the special on ********* indicates that three syringes are at the total $700, how come NOW you are trying to charge me $800 for ONE syringe. That's insane and misleading. I didn't agree to pay but they still charged my credit card $1000 for something I didn't agree too, nor did I authorize. This place has unsanitary Conditions, needles laying around on the counter from a prior injection, this is Gross Negligence and Incompetence, they are also Misrepresenting/False Advertising of Service. All they care about is the money. They are rude and unprofessional. I returned on August 26, 2022, to discuss the charges and to complain about the poor job they have done to my face. The front girl proceeded to tell me that I need to purchase more product to correct my uneven face. attahed

What the business claim in the respond letter is not accurate and false. The following is what took place: I scheduled an appointment with this clinic, my first visit was on July 14, 2022, I got three syringes of fillers for my Jawline as the left side of my face was sharper than the right. I was told by purchasing three syringes of filler at the special rate of $700.00 (as advertised on the clinic Instagram page) and injecting them in my right jaw will resolve the jaw issue and make my jawline on both sides more symmetrical. The nurse that injected me pushed the filler all in one area which made my face look deformed. Now both sides are not symmetrical or even, it looks 10 times worse than before. I Called them immediately to schedule a follow up, I retuned on August 19th, 2022, and was told the nurse that injected me has been fired due to many complains. They attempted to correct my face and on the way out they indicated that I have to pay $1200 of which 50 units of Botox at the rate of $8 per ($400 Botox) I immediately questioned why am I paying the additional $800 they said that one syringe of filler is now at the rate of $799 I explained that I am here to correct a mistake that was made by a nurse that has been fired from your facility due to the many complaints against her work. In addition, the special on Instagram indicates that three syringes are at the total of $700, how come NOW you are trying to charge me $800 for ONE syringe. That's insane and misleading. Needless to say the front receptionist was obnoxious and rude. She would not comprehend the fact that I have paid for the service twice and my Face is now unsymmetrical. The front girl proceeded to tell me that I need to purchase more product to correct my uneven face, my face look deformed. On the last visit I found out that the last nurse worked on me again was fired her name was *****. I went on yelp page and come to find out I am not alone; these people are a SCAM. They lure the customer in with false advertisement and they charge their credit cards and rip them off and mistreat them horribly. I am not satisfied with the business respond or service. Below is a copy of the false advertisement that was posted In July and August of 2022. I have attempted to resolve the issue directly with business over the phone, then I made an appointment on 9/2/2022 and attempted to resolve the issue in person. I spoke to the front receptionist Sharen and the mother of the owner. They were very rude and unprofessional. They refused to resolve my dispute and became very aggressive. They have advertised 3 syringes of filler at the rate of $700, they triple charged the amount advertised. They have false advertisement and misleading information. They claim I returned for more product, which is not true. I returned because my face was uneven and it looked deformed. At that time, I was told the person that worked on me has been fired because they received many complaints about her work and instead of correcting the issue they made it worse and charged me more. Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2022/11/03) */ We do not agree with the client response. The client is not indicating the correct DOS and also the amounts of visits that she did to our facility. We have records as stated previously DOS 07/14/22, 08/10/22, 08/23/22, 09/02/22. The client paid $700 for the promotion of 3 fillers for the price of 2 in cash on DOS 07/14/22 which a receipt was provided. The client came back on 08/10/22 not 08/19/22 as she has stated. The client did state that her face was a little uneven and that she also wanted additional fillers in other areas of the face like lips, tip of nose and under eye. The client requested for the same promotion price explained it was already expired. The client got upset started complaining that we need to give the promotion because her face was uneven. To make client happy we honored the promotion price to $700 for 3 fillers also inquired about Botox which we granted 50 units for $300 and within 2 weeks touch up, totaling $1000 for this DOS. Botox on this DOS was $7 a unit in our facility so additional promotion was provided on this DOS. The client authorized charge and inserted credit card chip (EMV) to be charged for $1000 There was no reason to charge her credit card without authorization we never had position of her credit card before charge. On client dispute she is stating that our facility has unsanitary condition and needles laying around, but the client came back for her Botox complementary 2 week touch up on 08/23/2022 complained again her face was still uneven, Owner of the facility honored 1 filler for free. On DOS 09/02/2022 the client came back in with her sister who had an appointment with us for Med Spa service, client wanted more Botox touch up for free explained touch policy is only 2 weeks after Botox service. We refused to honor her any free additional service beyond this point, which in returned caused her to want her refund and threatened us to go to BBB. At this point we feel we have tried everything to please the client and keep her happy with our service. We have previously submitted all valid documentation to support our ground. We understand the client might continue with false information but there is no further information to add to this on our behalf. In our facility we have a clean, sanitized environment as well Our office believes in keeping our clients happy, Unfortunately this was not the case.
