            The "vegan fur" donut dog bed and blanket has a mayor quality issue in that the fur has an extreme shedding from the fabric, this is a defect as I have owned many faux fur items and never had this issue before.The look and feel of the product is great however the shedding is so extreme that there are fur ***** all over floors and as the "fur dust" is light it travels to several rooms, settling under my bed in a different room then where the product is actually located. It's a quality problem / defect. I also wanted to leave a review on their website as I see there are only positive once listed however I realize its not possible to leave review of this product and the Is wonder, who wrote the reviews and how did they end up on their website????I need to dispose of these product as soon as I return to the *** as its unbearable keep them in my home.

            Placed an order but my payment method applied an old shipping address by mistake. Reached out to the Unhide team immediately to request either a cancellation or reroute of my order. No response. Emailed again a few days later as their automated reply states they will respond in 48 hours. I even reached out on instagram and ******** and only got their bs automated replies but no customer service. After about 5 days later (ironically, on the day that my order finally ships- they had plenty of time to get back to me BEFORE it shipped to make this an easier request) I finally get a response stating we need a new address to request a change and so I immediately replied. No response. Reached out again a day later and nothing. A total of two weeks since I placed my order and only one time did I get a reply from customer service and it wasnt even a full interaction. Will be reporting this purchase to my bank if they refuse to respond to their customers but this has got to be one of the worst businesses I have dealt with because they refuse to have any customer interface.

            Hello!We are so sorry for any delays you saw with our customer service team. I do see that someone from **************** did email you back with 48 hours of your email, but I do also see that you sent many emails in. Unfortunately, the way our ticket system work, when you send multiple emails in like that, it bogs down and pushes your emails to the bottom of the list causing delays in response time. No excuse though. I do also see where this order was replaced for you to the correct address at no charge. Please let us know if you have any other issues! If you ever have delays again, you can email me directly. We sincerely apologize for the delays again.
