      On May 5, 2023 I purchased 2 ***********************/***************** meet/greet tickets for the ********* concert originally scheduled for Sept. 24, 2023 at the ********* in *******, **************. That show and the meet and greet were postponed until Feb 26, 2024 and then again until Feb 2025. Upon receiving notification of the again rescheduled show I also received notification that the ***********************/***************** meet/greet was canceled and that no further action was needed on my part. Refunds were to be issued 7-21 days upon receiving notification of the cancellation. That was April 10, 2024. It is now May 17, 2024 and I have still not received my refund of $5000. I have made 4 phone calls to Ticketmaster only to hear that Epic Rights, the *** event organizer, hasn't released the funds for refunds. They have held my money for a year and collected interest on my funds and those of countless others. I was required to pay immediately upon purchase and yet I have to call constantly to try and resolve this matter. Bottom line I am owed my $5000. There is no way to contact Epic Rights directly, all of their phones are disconnected. This is not fair.

      On 6/20/23, I bought 2 VIP packages for $324.50, which included a ******************* concert, meet and greet, and a merch item for 10/11/2023. Epic sent a confirmation 2 days before the event. I had sent an email about a week after the concert asking when I could expect the items, as I was moving and would need to change the delivery address. They advised that are running into delays and that I could send them the updated address. I sent the address and had sent a couple emails starting in November of 2023, as I had not gotten a response to my email with the updated address or the two merch items. They responded and advised that they would update the address and that they were running into delays getting the items approved by management and would update me as soon as they ship. I replied with "Thank you. Just to confirm, this is for two VIP merch packages from the Chicago show." A month later I still had not received the items, so I sent another email asking for an update. They advised that they had yet to receive an update from *****'s team. Two months later, I sent two more emails and they advised they would check for an update. I did not get an update but recieved two tote bags mid-March. I noticed that they had the wrong date on them. The two tote bags say "2024" instead of "2023" along with the cities that the tour took place. I emailed them to advise that there was an error, as my concert, as well as the entire U.S. tour took place in 2023, not 2024. I advised I would like a refund or two replacements, as I was already frustrated that the merch items were over 5 months late. I sent an additional email with the same information and photos of the items. With no response, four days later, I sent another email, along with an additional email over a week later. I have since sent a third follow-up email as of today advising I would be filing a complaint with BBB, as I have not been getting any sort of response.

      I purchased two *** tickets to the ***************** concert in June 2023. The *** tickets included a *** merchandise item, which was to be given to me at the concert in October 2023. Before the concert, I received an email that the merchandise would instead be shipped to my home instead of provided in-person at the concert. It is now April 2024 and I have not received the shipment. After following up multiple times, I was told at the end of October that there had been a delay. It wasn't until January 2024 that I was asked for my shipping information to send the product to my home, which I provided right away. After following up again in February 2024, I was told that I should receive tracking information in a week or two. I have not heard anything since despite multiple follow ****

      I ordered custom coasters from what I thought was KISS online. I reached out to them upon receiving wrong persons photo on coasters and they gave me another email address to contact for Epic Rights. I did and every time it reroutes to the same people at KISS. Weve been playing this game since December with zero results.

      I am writing to you today because we recently went to the************ concert that was held here in *** ***** on July 5th, 2022. I have beyond a discrepancy / complaint to file. ******** **** has been emailing Mrs. ****** **** since Jul 7th, 2022, regarding *********** VIP meet and greet ****** that was held on Jul 5th. I have a discrepancy regarding what has happened that day and what has been continuing since I've emailed Mrs. ***** We paid ******** for 2 VIP tickets to see & meet *********** - services paid were not rendered nor provided means to obtain services we paid - no**** account states information was provided; no emails sent from *********** or ************* venue for concert. ******** **** sent an email to ***********, in Exhibit 1; I purchased 2 VIP meet and greets with *********** (prior to COVID) as you can see with my confirmation all on what I was to get with my VIP and meet and greet. ******** **** ********** **** ****) called The**** ***** ******** stadium regarding my tickets what you can see in Exhibit 2 is what was mailed to ******** **** with a postage stamped of Jun 16th, 2022. I was mailed 2 tickets for Aug 24th concert starting at 6:00 pm. None of it looked correct to me as I called again speaking with ******************* ticketing & manager whom I spoke with (*******) who works at the ******** stadium and assured me those where the right tickets. The day of the concert Jul 5th, 2022,*********** and I go to the stadium pass ******** as staff go to scan our tickets that were mailed to me on Jun 16th, 2022, we were told they were invalid tickets in which we are to go to the ticket booth to get the right tickets. As you can see in Exhibit 3 these tickets were printed out to us at the ticket booth which where the correct tickets. As you can also see it shows the date of Jul 5th, 2022, with a time of **** pm. This is after we showed up at 5:30 not knowing the concert already kicked off and we are missed the meet and greet. We want a refund!

      This is about the ************************************* 1. I was told if Mr. ******** did not attend the M ** I be able to get a refund. (He did not) He is also the only reason I paid over ***** for tickets to this show. 2. The gentleman that was registering folks for the **** bold face lied to me saying that***** was supposed to be at the **** Only to find out less then 1 hour later that he was not going to be in it. But yet on stage he was reaching out to fans shaking hands and fist bumping with them . Not much different then at a Greet. 3. The merchandise package was supposed to have a value of like **** and was also supposed to contain autographed items. A pair of drum sticks, 3 guitar picks, a cheap bandana and a bag do not add up to what I was expecting. 4. The *** literally was walk in say hi. get a picture and out the door. Less then like 2 minutes. Not at all what I was expecting. I feel a full refund for the *** is due me. Begin as the Greet was before the show it really reined what was supposed to be a great day.       I bought a VIP experience to a Kiss concert, that took place in the city of ********* ******* on April ***** After paying more than USD700, the VIP experience promised us to meet with the band, a signed poster, USD100 voucher to be used in merchandise, and a picture with the band, that was took by a photographer, and was supposed to be released 7 days after the show. Got everything except the picture, that was never uploaded. I'm trying to get in contact with them since April, and haven't got an answer. Sent multiple emails to *********************** *********************** and haven't got a response. Called Kiss VIP Hotline (XXX-XXX-XXXX) multiple times, and haven't got a call back. I just want my picture with the band, and a response!

      In November my daughter ordered a bottle of **** *** for me for ********** We have been given sketchy information about why they are not delivering. We asked for tracking information. They told us it was out for delivery but then later told it was at a distribution center in*************. This has been done via *******************. They conveniently never provide an actual phone number. The tracking number they provided seems to be false. It does not contain the required **** ***** We have emailed and messaged repeatedly asking for tracking ************ We have done this on numerous **** merchandise sites. They refuse to answer. We asked for the courier so if it is in a distribution center in our town we would contact them and pick it up. We were told to be patient. Interesting comment since they stated it was being delivered but later retracted. We asked for the item to be sent *******. We asked for a phone number of someone so we could get this resolved. Since then they have stopped responding. Interesting way for the company to ruin a thoughtful gift my daughter was giving to me. I have been a life long fan, but this experience is unacceptable. Either I want the purchased item ******** over night at their expense, or an immediate full refund to my daughter and an explanation of their business practices including the employee information so this company will maybe do the right thing and dismiss this incompetent employee. **** and ****** are no way to run a successful *********

      I ordered a product from this company on *** X XXXX. The item was supposed to be delivered nov ***** . This item shows a ***** ** delay from usps. I reached out to KISS on dec 9, they told me they couldnt do anything until the 10th . I finally was able to get in touch with usps via a virtual assistant on the 16th and that told me they are still awaiting my package. I reached back out several times to KISS after this and have been getting no where on a refund. They keep telling me they have to look into it and told me i would have a resolution by ****** I have not heard from them . They released my shipping fee of **** back but are still holding on to the money for the item. Im not interested in doing business with them anymore , even going as far as having my credit card company involved. I have all the email correspondence between myself and the company , if needed.

      i purchased the diamond VIP package for KISS end of the road tour for tampa show 10/9 which includes a photo with the band,. the package cost $ **** with taxes & insurance i spent about $****, the photo was taken but never given to any of us. we were told *** days its now been 17 days. we we not allowed to use our own camera because they want you to buy THEIR prints, which is about 4 times more than other places. we ahve the link to where the folder is suppose to be uploaded but no photos were ever put in.       Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2021/11/10) */ after i sent them the complaint # the following day they finally posted the photos , they took 18 days to send them to us when we were told we get them within a week, so yes finally resolved
