Literally the worst "spa" experience I have ever had. I walked out after 15 minutes because of how bad and disrespectful it was.Let's start by the fact I was fat shamed by 2 employees who literally told me they couldn't find a robe big enough for me. One covered me in towels. Keep in mind- i'm a size medium with a large chest and one of the people fat shaming me was larger that me, lol. Then they told me i couldn't have a scalp treatment because it would mess up the glue in my hair extensions. 1) I don't have glued in extensions and literally every upscale spa in *********** has been able to do scalp massages and treatments with extensions because tons of people have them out here!!! 2) There is no face opening on the massage tables so your neck is at an awkward angle to the side. I asked about this and got such attitude regarding it- I asked because i'd recently been sick and it hurt my throat to be turned at that angle for long.In short- I asked to pay the cancellation fee for my appointment, seeing as the only thing I got was a 9 minute foot soak- the manager in the front was extremely rude and wouldn't refund. She said what more happened other than the robe incident- and I had to literally tell this unprofessional manager that fat shaming someone is enough for a refund and to walk out!!! especially since i'm not even a size large and had her employees wrap me in towels- what the actual f.This place left me in tears on what would've been a nice treat on my memorial day off. I will never return even though I live literally around the corner and feel that i've been robbed for $395 dollars for a 9 minute foot soak. This place should be ashamed of itself and I will keep escalating my experience.
