This is in regards to a 21H30 reservation on the 31 January ****. I have e-mailed and called to receive no response.First off, the food was subpar for the price, pasta was overcooked and the braised short ribs were dry. Which is difficult to do; however, the sour taste came from management. Within three minutes of being seated. We were told the kitchen would be closing and felt rushed to order. While trying to order a side, we were dissuaded. I guess so the kitchen wouldnt have work. Maybe the food is better when no one is being rushed. Who knows.We wouldve rather appreciated if the restaurant had simply called us to reserve a table somewhere else if we werent going to be giving time to have an appetizer or dessert. I had even called beforehand to confirm the reservation and the hostess hung up There is no point in allowing a reservation that would just make a paying customer feel uncomfortable and rushed. Eating at this restaurant was a complete waste of money and I dont know if I could recommend this establishment to anyone I know.Initial Complaint

The kitchen condition and sanitary issues are enough alone to avoid this place. The food quality is horrible and the **** might want to look into their drink serving habits.
