I purchased a pair of jeans from this company for $495 on September 2, 2023. The website states that shipping would take **** business days. I received my order on November 6 and it was the wrong color and did not fit based on the measurements provided on the size chart on their website. I emailed the company on Tuesday, November 7th asking for instructions to process a return. Their website states that they do not provide refunds, only store credit. I have yet to hear back on how to return the product and it is now November 13th. The site states that they allow 14 days to return the item, but without proper return instructions I cannot ship the item with certainty that I will receive store credit. They also told me that they would give me a discount due to the delayed shipping and I havent received any information on that. At this point, I am requesting a refund as I do not have any confidence that this company will honor ANY commitments due to their lack of proper customer service and communication.Initial Complaint

I placed an order (order# ****) on September 16,2023. I then received an email on October 3 stating my order has shipped with a tracking number for the post office. On October 11 I sent am email asking what the status was as the tracking number ****************************** states that it's awaiting the item. I have filled out their customer support form on their website with no response. It states that I will receive a response within 24 hours I have waited for 6 days now as it's the end of the today. I would like to know what the status of my order is or a refund as this is unacceptable customer service. Thanks!Initial Complaint

Order #**** Email used to contact : ************************* I placed an order and was charged on June 16th 2023. I was charged, however, I never received a confirmation email. I have reached out several times to this company and each time I have received email alerts prompting me that my numerous emails have been received by them. However, they have not once gotten back to me or tried to resolve the issue. I am extremely appalled by their unprofessionalism. I hope you can help me get my money back.
