      I was getting ready to put my pan of vegetables on the stove to be heated when the handle just came off! Luckily the food and pan was not hot. This was my favorite 2 qt. Saucepan ***** Stainless Steel.

      The customer was contacted to provide further details regarding the model. It is confirmed the date code stamp on the bottom is 2010 which confirms the year the pan was purchased. The pan was purchased 14 years ago and manufactured from W.P. Production who is no longer in business as of 2018. In addition, the model of the cafe collection is no longer sold and have been discontinued. The customer was advised to discard the pan. Claim has been closed.

      Hello, I received an air Fryer for Mother's Day 2023. I used it one time.The second time I tried to use it, it would not even turn on.I contacted the company in October 2023 and they said they would send out a replacement, which I had to pay shipping for.It is mow 9 weeks from my last contact with the company and I have not received a replacement air fryer. At this point, I would just like the money back for the air fryer.

      I bought a wolfgangpuck pressure oven from ***** club a few years ago. The timer dial has broken and I have tried to get in touch with the maker and wolfgang puck site that is located on the owners manual and both have disconnected phone numbers. I am just looking for a part. The Wolfgang Puck current company stated they no longer make it or have parts and I should ****** for parts. It seems to me when 1 of his companies closes and he uses the same name they could do something. She never even asked for my model number or anything

      Customer responded and confirmed that the pressure oven was purchased in 2017 from ***;'s club. The oven k*** broke, and customer was requesting a replacement. However, item has been discontinued years ago and no longer sold.  It is confirmed that the model was manufactured by WP Appliances who is no longer in business as of 2018. Unfortunately, ****************** do not have any inventory from the prior company that sold this item.

      I bought it 2 months ago and unfortunately it does not work the temperature light goes out and the food cooks cold . If you smack it a couple of times the temperature light comes back on and starts cooking again. Its very irritating because you supposed to set the timer and the air fryer does the cooking no not in my case. It just sits in my counter and can not be used unless you want uncooked cold food . What can be done about this . I have the Wolfgang Puck Air Fryer the large basket

      The customer was contacted via email and voicemail. A requested a copy of the original receipt is required to validate all warranty claims that includes the order date, description and where the item was purchased. Warranty is one year from the date of purchase and also a receipt is needed as stated in the manual. The customer responded and confirmed that she does not know where the receipt is and never responded to additional request.  The customer has never called customer service warranty department. WGP authorized vendors did not sell the air fryer 2 months ago as this item was sold almost 1 year ago which confirms the customer purchased the item from an unauthorized dealer. This claim has been closed.

      We bought a Wolfgang pot with the glass lid . We bought it from ********** on ********** and ****** in **** *******. We paid $ ****** dollars but we lost the receipt because we moved from ************ and ********* in **** *******. The landlord wouldn't renew our lease. We were using it and the glass lid shattered on our floor. And Wolfgang said on HSN that is wasn't glass that it was plastic. We just want the pot and lid or our money back. Resolution, we want our money back. Thank you.

      The customer was left a voice message to discuss customers inquiry and obtain additional information for further assistance. For all warranty replacements a receipt is required to confirm the date and place of purchase. WGP brand has not sold any items to ******** in 10 years which is why a receipt is required. In the event the size is in stock we will provide a courtesy replacement lid as we do not provide refunds as the warranty department. Awaiting customers response.

      On 10/26/2019 I purchased a Wolfgang Puck*************************Oven with ****************. I was very please with its many features and used it several times per week. On 4/29/2022 the it stopped working. The timer worked but the unit would not power on. Being that it comes from a very reputible chef, *************, I bought it believing it would be a high quality item that would last longer than 2 and a half years. I kept the oven in top condition and thoroughly cleaned it after each use. I only used it for toast, air frying chicken strips, fries, and occaissionly baked a side dish... all for one person. There should be no reason it would stop working other than poor craftsmanship and poor quality. Customer service will not replace it or assist with repairs being that it's out of warranty. Now it's a $*** item that is now only worthy for the recycling bin. Very disappointed and I cannot afford to buy another oven/air fryer; even from another brand.

      In July of 2021, I received The Wolf Gang Puck 9 QT digital air fryer as a gift. I was very excited to receive the gift as I was on sick leave recovering from surgery. A couple of weeks ago, the air fryer suddenly stopped working. I was in the middle of using it. I was able to locate the manual that was included and I contacted the customer service # ************. I was instructed to email ********************* with a picture of the unit and a picture of the tag that was on the shipping container it came in. I sent all that information in. I was later contacted that my claim could not move forward without a copy of the receipt or invoice. I was greatly disappointed that a name as respected as Wolf Gang Puck is not willing to stand by their product. I have had this product less than a year. This shipping tag that I included should have provided all of the information that they were seeking. It was a serialized document. I don't normally file complaints, but I feel truly slighted by this company.

      In April 2020 I purchased the Wolfgang Puck 9 Q Air Fryer. I loved it and used it a few times a week until last night when mid way through cooking chicken thighs, the oven stopped. The timer keeps working but the air fryer doesn't cook anymore. I loved using this product for the results and its ways to help my family with healthy eating. I am sadden that it only lasted a few months passed the one year warranty. Looks like some others have experienced the same thing. Is there any recourse for us or do I just throw this one out and look at others that have a longer shelf life? I called *** that referred me to the Warrantee Department (they did let me know that the warrantee had expired). I called the Warrantee Department who said that the warranty had expired and that there was nothing that they could do to help me.

      The ******** pressure oven's timer no longer turns off oven. I have to unplug it in order to turn it off. Is there a way to replace the timer or some type of recalled mechanism?

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/10/05) */ several attempts were made to contact the customer regarding his pressure oven which was manufactured by the prior company W.P. Appliances who is no longer in business as of 12/2018. The contact # on file confirms that the number has been disconnected. According to the description the pressure oven is no longer sold as that model has been discontinued. Customer has never contacted the warranty department for any issues.
