  Hello, Please note, one of the BBB reps, suggested that Poetr4y Band Publishing additionally file the BMI member, that though contracted with ASF to produce the ***/jingle also file the same BBB complaint as a BMI member, though ASF complaint should be legitimate as well and processed, but here is the same complaint from the BMI affiliate. ASF has contracted with Poetry Band Publishing a BMI publishing company (so ASF has vested interest in the BMI titles), and once again, due to BMI malfeasance, unethical conduct, and possible financial fraud, we need to file a new BMI complaint as follows. Though constituting one complaint, this complaint can be categorized, and numbered as follows 1. BMI has maliciously locked PB Publishing/writer out of the BMI web site so it cannot be accessed to inspect and access the lack of royalty payments or airplay. BMI was emailed and both LA/NY offices were called (messages left) and yet BMI continues with this malicious conduct, that is evidence for their dishonest management and disdain. for public safety! Why would they lock out members that paid for their membership, and not respond to fix this? 2. BMI refuses to report about *** jingle airplay and had one rep lie saving they do not report *** airplay, when in fact they do, as BMI payment has been received for the same in the past! What are they trying to hide? 3. BMI is refusing to include in their "Advocacy- Songs for Change" the *** and song (carsafe.org/jingle-2/ where there are two songs not just ***, "Eyes on the Road-Hands on the Wheel" that has an international lifesaving message, way more significant than the songs now up, that are there just due to having famous performers, but whose social significance is highly doubtful! Distracted driving is called by the ****** "a deadly epidemic" the number one cause of accidents and this endangers BMI families and children and everyone, so why do they oppose this public safety message?

  ASF a nonprofit organization contracted two years ago, with Poetry Band Publishing, a BMI publishing company, to produce the international lifesaving jingle, "Eyes on the Road - Hands on the Wheel." This *************/message to address the global distracted driving "deadly epidemic" is being backed and promoted by the National Assocation of Broadcasters that offer it to national TV and radio stations, *************************************** that have been providing airplay, that BMI is supposed to pay publisher and writer (writer has signed over writer royalties to the publisher) equally, but thought they have sent two checks to publisher, they are refusing to pay the writer royalties, and when this was complained about, they locked publisher out of the BMI account, and this is a violation of membership rights, malfeasance, dishonest, and all a cause of loss of work damages, bullying, and public safety interference! BMI has been offered an opportunity to help NAB and public safety by including this song in the "Songs for Change" web page, but they refuse to do this, exhibiting a callous disregard for safety! Why is BMI so evil?
