I ordered a skincare product for Amaira Skincare on 11/20/2022 and I did not receive any receipt email/tracking/proof of purchase. The above company took money out of my account and I have no product. I called X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and received a message that says we are unable to complete your call, but this is the number listed on their website. I will be reporting this transaction to my bank as fraud if I don't hear back from this company.Initial Complaint

On 20 June 2022, I placed an online order with ****** Skincare for 3 products. One of the products, ****************** Gel, arrived appearing to have been tampered with and missing a safety seal. I contacted ****** via email and told them about this problem and that I did not feel I should have to pay to return this product since it was packaged defectively. I was told they would send me a replacement. They sent the replacement and it did not have a safety seal either. I again contacted ****** Skincare and told them that this was the second time I had received a product that appeared to have been tampered with and I would just like to receive a refund of $99.96. They refused to send a return label to have the defective product returned at their expense and I had to pay for the return myself. I returned the product on 19 July 2022 and they received it on 22 July 2022. The **** tracking # is: ***************************. Since they never acknowledged the return, I contacted them regarding it. On 28 July 2022, they responded, "We would like to kindly inform you that we have received your order and fully refunded you to the original form of payment, so please allow the bank 5-7 business days to process the refund and show it on your bank statement." At the end of the 5-7 days, there was no refund and there was no credit on my bank records for the amount of $99.96 from them. I again contacted ****** Skincare on 22 August 2022. At that time, they told me, "We are so sorry to hear about that. Please note that we have re-issued the refund today, as unfortunately, it was not correctly processed the last time, due to a reason unknown to us." There has still been no refund. I believe this is just a ruse with them and they will continue lying to me about having refunded my money. I have contacted my bank who has seemingly received no response from ****** Skincare as of yet. This is apparently a scam company.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 14, 2022/09/27) */ After contacting my bank and the company again, the company has finally responded and refunded me back the money they owed me. It was refunded more than a month after they told me that they had already returned it to my credit card. But, thankfully, the situation has now been resolved. Thank you!
