The business takes a non refundable $100 deposit on the understanding that they will be able to execute your tattoo designs. During my appointment I was told that the shop was not able to execute two very simple tattoos they had previously agreed to execute. After not living up to their end of the transaction, they refuse to refund the deposit. I mean...could ANYONE just open a tattoo shop, take deposits, refuse to do agreed-upon tattoos, and keep the deposit???Initial Complaint

This business takes a non-refundable $100 deposit for tattoo appointments and then when you arrive you are confronted with astonishing rudeness, condescension, aggression, and hackery. Most importantly, they refuse to work with you on your design and end up telling you your tattoo is impossible and they can't do it. So...they take a deposit on the understanding that they will provide a service, they fail profoundly to provide that service, and then they refuse to refund the deposit. Seems pretty dishonest to me.
