              My item has been awaiting fulfillment for 21 days. **************** doesnt answer and they do not respond to emails. They sure took my money though! I would give negative stars if I could.

              If I could leave zero stars I would. I requested a return for the item I ordered, as it took almost 3 weeks to receive after it said shipped.. and then the item didnt fit. They emailed back and said they dont accept returns for items arriving late, or for items that dont fit. I sent a screenshot of their website which clearly states If you are not satisfied with the product we do offer a full refund of the product cost. And if you are not 100% satisfied with your order well issue you a full refund! They replied back that theyre working to update their website to state they dont take returns for items that dont fit. I told them they should honor what their website clearly states, as it isnt my fault that they changed their policy but havent updated it to let customers know. And had I known they didnt accept returns I wouldnt have ordered from their company, as a lot of people probably wouldnt.

              Zero stars. Don't even bother. Site says returns accepted. Go to try and return and they tell me oh we can't accept returns. They've "updated their policy, just haven't updated the website yet"...wtf. Worst company I've ever dealt with.
