I ordered through Nordstrom rack and have not had my package delivered. I work from home, and have never had issues with other carriers ****************** delivering to my apartment, but TForce continually reports back to nordstrom that it is "unsafe to deliver (7/24)" or they attempted to deliver and I wasn't home to receive (7/23). I was not called and there was no knock on the door to indicate that someone made an attempt to deliver. When I contact ********* about this, they do nothing to help resolve this problem, so I am left with having paid ********* for clothes that I have not received. Through *********'s words themselves, the promised delivery date was 7/24, and TForce has not attempted to deliver since 7/24. Also, it's clothes. I don't need to be home to receive it, every other store will leave the package at the door if I am not there.Additionally, when I further researched this company, almost all of the ****** review comments are from customers in the exact same position as me, where they order from Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack, their package is shipped through TForce and it never shows.Initial Complaint

I have three deliveries that are supposed to be made by this company. One is still pending but the other two have not been delivered and I have not been provided any explanation as to why they are not delivering my packages.Package #1 Tracking number TFLA0123186-1. TForce received this item on 09/12/2023. On 09/14/2023 they said they could not access my residence. I live in a gated community but at the gate are clear instructions on how to contact me in order to open the gate. I also messaged the company with instructions on how to bypass the gate. The company stated they would try to deliver it again but instead waited a week and did nothing.They did not attempt another delivery, and on 09/21/2023 decided to send my package back to the sender. I still have not received this package.Package #2 Tracking number: QP000040002100434183. Upon seeing this was to be delivered by TForce, I provided them instructions again on how to access my residence and they assured me the package would be delivered. On 09/28/2023, they company cancelled the delivery with no information as to why and no attempt to actually deliver the package. I contacted the seller per the tracking instructions and they are not aware of any issues causing this package to be delayed.This company has a 1.5 rating on ****** reviews with many reviewers having a very similar experience to mine. All that I ask is for my packages to be delivered in a timely manner.Initial Complaint

Harrassed for months by email/phone/mail for a debt, not in any way owed by the company using a fake document. 1) $4828.08 for freight, the shipment is clearly fraudulent (In addition there are 2 recorded voicemails just 2 days ago with TForce Freight requesting $125.00) 2) ************ Consultants LLC has never made payment for this shipment however it states a $1317.53 payment/adjustment 3) It clearly states COD FEE with a box that states Prepaid. It also has another box shown as prepaid. 4) The signature at the bottom looks to show a gentleman named ******. He is in no way associated with ************ Consultants nor does he have any authority to sign as a representative of ************ Consultants LLC for a shipment or any type of business transaction. 5) A ********************* is shown on the bill of lading is also in no way associated with ************************ LLC. 6) The address is ************************************************************************* is in no way associated with ************************ LLC and I am unsure how that address was linked with ************ Consultants LLC Please check the sos.****** profile on the ******************* government website for the https://opencorporates.com/companies/*****/201818710360 https://bizfileonline.sos.******/search/business (************ Bridge Consultants LLC to pull up official information) Per the information at the above links, it shows an address of: ********************************************************************* along with the sole company agent as *******************.Initial Complaint

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. I ordered a vanity/sink through *********** It weights about 350 lbs. The instructions were to deliver to the front door. The driveway was wide open so the truck could back right up. Instead, they left the two huge, heavy boxes in the middle-end of the driveway, 30 feet from the front door and blocking the entire driveway. They're also upside down (there are literally arrow pictures, you don't even have to read the words "this end up") and leaned the box marked FRAGILE with the heavy countertop up against the box with the wooden vanity, at an angle that could either get knocked over and broken and/or damage the wooden piece. I called the company and spoke with someone named "Akash" who said the drivers were not going to come back. They are busy, and this was not his problem. I asked for a supervisor and was told no. This entire company is awful and their customer service representative should be promptly terminated. I am 8.5 months pregnant and cannot move these items with or without help, and they made this an unnecessary burden on me and my unborn child.They had ONE job and failed.
