At approx. 12:25am on June 6th 2022 I went to 7/11 to put 5 dollars on my lime cash app for riding the lime scooters. That's how I get around. So I am buying a lottery scratcher and a drink and my total came to $5.42 so I gave the cashier $10.45. Because I didn't have a 5 dollar **** and I was going to put 5 on my lime scooter cash. Then the cashier gave me back .03 cents. Suggesting that I gave him $5.45. So I said I gave you a 10 dollar ****. He insisted that I gave him a 5. When I know that I gave him a ten cause I didn't have a 5. So we argued about it for about 2 min. Then I said I don't want to argue any longer and will talk to the manager/owner on the days hit the next day. So I got out a 20 to put 5 on my lime cash. Got my receipt and left that's how I know the *************. So I wrote down exactly what happened and asked the owner if when she has the time could she verify what I already know by checking the cameras or something. I wanted the owner to see that I the customer is right or at least read my note and consider resolving the issue. And I stopped by there and she seemed to be a little busy so I dropped off the incident ************* and what happened. Went back the next day cause I go there like everyday before this happened now I try to avoid going there at all. So the owner says she's been to busy to even read my note. But tells me I could just get 5 dollars worth of soda and snacks or whatever in product so even though that isn't satisfactory for me I get a fountain soda and 2 other items that would equal 5 dollars but then she says no not those kind of items just fountain sodas and only 2. Which does not seem to me what I was looking for to resolve the issue. I was hoping she would at least read my complaint because there English is very good so I wrote on paper. And it would only take 2 min to read. She acted as though I was calling her employee a their and that's not the case. He only gave me .03 when I should have gotten **** change.
