The Cabin accommodations are moldy, dirty and bug invested. I had to ask for toilet paper, garbage liners. Neighbors were partying until 1:30 at night. During a heat advisory the air conditioning couldnt keep up and was swealtering. I had to go buy my own box fan. There is one screen on the windows so I couldnt air out the unit at night. When I contacted the office staff the manager was rude, and told me they cant do anything without witnessing it themselves. The office manager was confronted at the fact it was late not on website to locate er# to contact them, and then she brought up my dog barking. After I filed the noise complaint it was every chance she could complain **** about my dog who is locked in kennel when left alone. She allowed others to park in other spots and when my car was parked to unload she has continuously calling to tell us to move while we are unloading our vehicle with groceries. It feels like the office manger is picking on us. Then when we advised the pool is a health hazard due to cloudy green water then she told us its closed and no signs indicating as such. The health department needs to be called out for poor pool conditions that could be deadly and moldy room accommodations. When asked for comp due to pool she refused my self and my parents who is also staying there.
