SEPT 2019 I bought a car (2015 650 BMW) from O'gara in westlake village. I stated I would not buy the car unless it had a warranty. Sales woman Julie told me that there was a warranty for 48 months or 60,000 over the mileage that was on the car at that time which was 57,000 miles Cost for warranty $6,600. about a year later I took car in for service and I found out that my warranty expired. I contacted O'gara that stated they we so sorry I was going thru this and they would look into it. they said they changed insurance companys and they would send me a check. never received check. Car broke agian charge for both sevices I paid about $6500 in repairs that should have been covered under my warranty. I found out that Ms julie lied to me and the warranty was only good until 60,000 which was 3000 miles over the miles at the time of purchase. So she charged me $6600 for 3000 mile warranty and now I am stuck with a car that does not have a warranty. Please help I have all the paper work and she just so happened to leave the 60,000 miles over milage at time of purchase blank on the sales form. 2 service tickets 4.21 $3288 1.22 $8418 thank you if u cant read attachments well i can send you a copy
