      Flagship Merchant Services is getting away with fee processing that should be illegal. We changed credit card processing companies over a year ago and they continued to charge ridiculous fees that we didn't catch due to a change in staffing around the same time. While trying to cancel the service I have only spoken to very polite but almost unintelligible people that have such a thick accent I can barely understand what they are trying to tell me. They refuse to send any information by mail to the address of the business, even though they send a statement to the business. The registered "owner" of the business has been dead for years, but they said they will only send cancellation request to the owner's email. How can a company with such terrible customer service, ridiculous if not illegal fees, so many complaints, have an A+ rating? It just goes to show you that the BBB ratings are just a payment scheme and not based on any real rating of how good or honorable a business is.

      Bad service, highest processing fees, when you decide to cancel, hit you with fees for months from different acounts. Trying to stop their payments. But so far they got about $1000 out of me after closing account. Each month some new charge pops up.

      sent you the required closure request form on or about December 06, 2023. The closure form was received and processed. Your account closed effective December 07, 2023. Note, the valid fees for November were billed on or about December 05, 2023.

      I was told when setting up the account for my small business that there were no fees involved, nor was it listed about any fees on the document. I have been charged for the last 4 months, and when I tried to resolve it this morning, they said they would not stop billing until I filled out an account closure document and he refused to refund the money. I asked to speak with his supervisor and said he did not have a contact number but would have them contact me. It has been 4 hours, and no one has called me. AuthorizeNet that they partner with did refund the money when they saw that I never used them. This seems very fishy and unethical for a business in money services.

      Do NOT take this service! terrible customer service and a scam. B****** ******* was my account rep and he assured me multiple times that the only fee I had to pay was 9.85 a month. When I get the statement, I get charged 21.80 just in nonsense fees plus the 9.85 a month. What is even more upsetting is that Brendan promised a refund for 21.80 and it has been 4 weeks now and I am still waiting. They lie so much (all of them, not just Brendan) and promise you that the refund is on the way just to keep you longer in the account and charge more. When asked to speak to a supervisor they continue to lie and GUARANTEE that a supervisor will call but they never do. So far this has been one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had dealing with a service like this. Very unprofessional and dishonest! No company should be in business with such a poor delivery of service.

      I had a horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and not sign up with this company. They hold your funds and then close your account for no reason.
