I brought my 911 porsche to assess a leak in the front center. I told the front desk lady that the leak has a weird viscosity wasnt water ..wasnt oil and i had the suspect that could be from the differential or power steering.. After few days she called me telling that was the radiator ..the right one.. it seems odd because the leak wasnt coolant ..and i had no cooling system shortage at all. it was strange so i asked her ..are you sure is not something else the differential peraps..she said no the mecanic think is the radiator and need ro be changed so i agreed.. i took the car back after a week and the day after i check in the garage and i had the same leak in the same spot i had before taking it to them. i called the office and keft a nessage about it ..and i was ignored till 30 days later when they relized i had called my Amex to reserve the charge. the mecanic said the lady went to the hospital so thats why i didnt get a call back...so after a month they didnt have the time to have someone call me ? please ...also they had a car for a week and didnt see it was leaking still.. completely un professional...and careless.. i took the car to someone else and they assessed immediately that the center front leak is not radiator but something else. also when i took the car back was parked in thier driveway pushed back with rear bumber pushed into the dirt and grass...that alone is a sign they dont have an idea how to take care a customer veichle. when the mecanic called me after a month and try to defende their action said my porsche is old so it could leak different place... that porsche is now very collectble and hard to find so thats why i took to a place i though they knew better ..but they are just another mechanic that tey to make money. i would no recommend to anyone..
