I signed up for a subscription/delivery of a product every 60 days. I successfully received 2 shipments. Upon receipt of the 2nd shipment I decided to cancel my subscription and also request a refund for said shipment. I wanted to return the product unopened so I needed a return authorization so we could proceed with the refund. I sent multiple emails to the company using the email provided on their website, I also called, left a voicemail, and reached out multiple times on their "Contact Us" website form. I could not reach anyone to help me with the return and terminate my subscription. The next charge to my credit card will be on 6/30/2024 for $35.52. I am trying to get this resolved so the company doesn't charge me again. If I can resolve it, I will have to cancel my credit card and/or file a fraudulent claim with my credit card company.
