Guarantee: Once an e-Learning license is issued, Tools 2 Succeed has paid their vendors for the license and are unable to issue refunds for any reason.  They guarantee that the HR recertification credit courses will be accepted by HRCI and SHRM for recertification credit as long as they are taken within recertification cycle dates.
