The Tools 2 Succeed program is very progressive in its subject matter content— more so than I anticipated. I have been participating in the courses from Tools to Succeed since 2016 and I will continue with this Certification Program since it is user friendly. It can be completed anywhere; at home, on the beach, in the office on any computer/IPad. The courses take 1 hour to 1.5 hour and credits reflect accordingly. Customer Service is paramount!!!

I have several professional certifications that typically require 60 hrs of continuing education units per a 3 (or two) year recertification cycle. To manage the cost and time involved in gaining the needed CEUs, I have to determine a strategy that can work across the platforms efficiently both in time requirement and cost. Tools 2 Succeed offers me an online option that is easy to self-manage my renewal efforts. The programs are preapproved for both SHRM and HRCI national certifications, so there is no stress over whether the credit will be accepted. It will with no questions asked! Recently I used several of their programs to recertify in the national CPTD credential offered by the Association of Talent Development. As a freelancer, my certifications reflect an ongoing focus on self-development.
