      On 6/14/24 I placed an order for lanterns and flashlights, order # 85A5CF4ED5. My credit card was charged in the amount of $95.93. I have never received these items. Attempts to contact customer service result in messages stating the phone numbers are not in service. I want the products or a complete refund.

      I ordered an advertised head lamp from them and had ordered in the past. My order was placed on line on February 19, 2023 and I have only been able to reach the company once after trying more than ten times over the past four months. None of the phone numbers are in service and the one time I did contact someone they just said that it was a production problem and that would be resolved more than three months ago. I just want my money back and to be done with this company.

      I ordered 2 flashlights for Christmas which never arrived. I have sent multiple emails in the last 2 months asking why the flashlights have not arrived. They claimed there was a shipping problem and my order would be coming soon. Still, no order has ever come. Today I requested a refund but am beginning to wonder if I will ever see the money returned. At first, I thought these people were at best unorganized but now I suspect that they are simply dishonest scammers.

      On 7/18/2023 we purchased The Zapper off of the website. The total was $46.94. We patiently waited 3 weeks. I sent an email at that point with no immediate response. I found a customer service number and called and was told they were having a shipping issue. I waited another week then called back and was told I'd get a refund. Today 8/22/2023 I receive $4.00. Tried calling customer service and the line no longer works.

      I ordered a product called the Zapper from ITAC on June 13 2023. In the beginning of July I spoke with a rep who promised the product in two weeks. A month later no product. I have filed a dispute with American Express to get my money back.

      To whom it may concern I have emailed this company and called Multiple tomes. Every time I called. I followed the team members advice by sending email about NOT receiving this product. I feel that this product is a scam. I was NEVER contacted once by 1Tac until 2 weeks ago ONLY to say they would “send” my issue on to the administrative team? I asked who is checking their emails because i sent two back in December and January to revive NO response! every time I call, I get the two SAME associates, I just spoke to Felix today, who informed me that the administrative decided to NOT refund my money, saying that the product was shipped, and they need it returned to get my money back. I find that absolutely absurd to return something I NEVER received. I followed. ALL instructions given to me by their “sales” team in order to get my money back. Again only received 1 phone call from them last week saying they were “ expediting my complaint from December 13” I’ve had to continue to contact them multiple times just to be told today 2/22/23 that the “administrative” noted in my account ( didn’t bother to call me or respond to any of my emails ) that the item was shipped, and I would need to return it to get my money back. I have the paperwork as well as emails and pictures to prove that I did not receive this product. I received a box with nothing in it. Please let me know what else you need for me to make sure this business receives this complaint as I would like my $60 back for an item I never received.

      There are three orders in your account. One on 11/24/22 and two on 11/25/22. Your 11/24 order (0991B904BF) shows delivered on December 10: 94*********74133579783.  In addition, both orders (6*******29 and 86E17E24DB) from 11/25 also delivered December 12: 94*********74133640841 and December 10: 94*********74133580734.  All orders are traceable via USPS. 

      Each shipment generated a shipping confirmation email to you when your order shipped. On 12/8 we informed you of all shipping statuses by phone. On 12/13 you verified shipping statuses via our online system. On 12/13 you requested a return authorization number to return order 86E17E24DB. This order was refunded $120.00 on 12/29/22.
       
      You stated order 6*******29 was missing items. You also stated it arrived in a box. If you were missing items, the order would have shipped inside a polybag, not a cardboard box. There are weight requirements for cardboard vs. polybag. We also explained to you our systems and what we were viewing. Your entire order shipped. In fact, we shipped every order to you, so to call it a 'scam' is not reasonable. We also attempted to email you in reply EACH time you sent any communication. Your email server rejected our attempts to contact you. We have also explained our policies to you each time we have spoken to you. It should be stated you only emailed us twice, not 'Multiple' times. 
       
      We will be refunding you 50% of the items you claim to not have received and will now consider this matter closed.

      I am rejecting this response because:1st they never attempted to contact me via e-mail and if so please show me the proof.  I received many “1Tac” rewards e-mails trying to give me “rewards” to purchase more products, but I never any response from them in response to my e-mails.  I checked my spam and junk and PUT their support e-mail into my e-mail acct so they would NOT end up in my junk. I deserve a FULL refund of the product I DID NOT RECEIVE.  Just because you put a pierce of paper in a box stating it’s in there does not mean it is. I can send back the box with the two disks packets but then they will owe me 100% refund of not only the flashlights I never received but the disks as well.  I followed all instructions that were given to me about my 1st response. I sent the receipt and the picture showing they were NOT In there the box. Also the 1st associate offered to re-send them when I called on the 12th of December and I stated then that I wanted a refund and followed her directions. My other order has nothing to do with this complaint.  Maybe if you’d have looked into this complaint I e-mailed back in December, 3 months ago you could have better followed up properly with who might have mistakenly shipped it without the product. I will state again that I am owed my FULL refund of the flashlights.

      On 12-20-22 I was interested in purchasing safety disks and had placed a set in my cart on the 1tac website. While checking out I was continually bombarded with additional “offers” one of which I added to the cart so I could see what my final bill would be with that extra. I was never given a final bill so I thought I had made a mistake and went back to the beginning with just one order of disks. Again I was not given a final bill so I checked my email where I found three transactions - one order of disks, the extra, and a second order of disks. I immediately went to the company website to try and cancel the orders. However, my name and email information did not bring up any orders in their system. I reached out to the company by email to have the transactions canceled and was told that again they could not find my orders. On December 22 they were able to locate my information and indicated that the order had been shipped and there was nothing they could do. I have been working with the company ever since to try and get a refund. However I’m being told that they will do nothing until I have paid to ship the disks back. As I started the cancellation process eight minutes after the transactions had been made without my consent, and even when provided with my name and information the company could not locate my order, I should not be responsible for shipping a product that I did not consent to. This company’s customer service team is one of the worst I’ve ever worked with, and has no interest in actually resolving any issues. They are constantly trying to push additional products on you and offer minuscule discounts to appease disgruntled customers. Additionally, even though I have email communication back-and-forth with the company eight minutes after the transaction had been made on December 20 they are denying communication began before December 22. I have zero confidence in this company or their products.

      J**** - We explained to you on several occasions that you did not have three orders. You did have two. When you checked out, you selected items to add-on. This resulted in three transactions for one order, not three orders. We have not denied your attempt to contact us. In fact, we have responded to every communication you've initiated. When you contacted us, both of your orders had already shipped. We could not cancel the additional order because it had tracking and was on its way to you. THIS is why we couldn't cancel or refund it. We offered you an RMA to return the unwanted items. You declined to accept our return policy. We have tried to work with you in every avenue possible, but you continue to deny our posted policies.

These communications have been denied by the company and I have been lied to about dates in association with my complaint and account. I am rejecting the return policy because these should never have shipped in the first place your company’s inability to locate a customer order is not the customer’s fault.

      J****, this is not true. Your order processed on 12/20. You emailed on 12/22.  The reason we couldn't find you is because you emailed from a different email address and a different name! THIS is why we couldn't find you. We need that information in order to locate an account. This was not OUR error. In any event, you were informed the order had already processed and now have been fully remunerated.

      I recently purchased the light discs from 1tac the website said buy 5 at $10.00 each & get 7 free... I expected to pay $50 I was charged over $123. I messaged them and told them I was overcharged. I want the money back that they overcharged me they over double charged me. Also the discs don't work why would they not come with batteries what good are they in the car if you need them in an emergency if they don't come with batteries. . I was reading the complaints from 2020 and I see the exact same complaint that I'm complaining about now being charged the same thing it's quite sad that they've been scamming people for over 2 years on the same thing and they're still doing it...
