      As an music educator, its a shame to wait 3-7 days for a simple quote for a purchase. I hate dealing with them. Gladly deal with retailers that will get my bookkeeper a quote in the SAME DAY...

      They will not leave you alone! I have emailed them a few times to remove me from their emails and called and physical spoke to someone about removing me from their emails and phone calls. Thought I had it resolved because he said I would no longer receive them and here it is today and I have an email! Harassment is what it is! The guitar I bought for my daughter seems good but my goodness this company will not leave you alone!

      I, too, have been trying to unsubscribe from their deluge of emails. It's absurd. I've called, emailed, multiple times, with no result. There's no way to do it online. It just runs you around in circles. Why did this company receive an A+ rating? Why is something not being done about how they do business? I would warn anyone not to have any sort of dealings with this company. They're like a crazy ex. Impossible to shake!

      I canceled an order which I had made using a gift card and now the funds on the gift card are completely gone. I was never refunded my money for a order I had canceled. I am never doing business with them again and would advise anyone else not to order anything form this company.

      I ordered a bass drum stand by calling a representative. I was added to their email list and have been receiving unwanted emails. When I tried to unsubscribe I was taken to a page that said I needed to log in but I never created an account! I ended up creating an account so I could mark that I didn't want emails. I was taken to a blank page that said if you don't see your email subscriptions then call customer service. The Federal Trade Commission requires that all business "give a return email address or another easy Internet-based way to allow people to communicate their choice to you. You may create a menu to allow a recipient to opt out of certain types of messages, but you must include the option to stop all commercial messages from you." In more plain language the FTC says "It shall be as easy to withdraw as to give consent." I've reported them at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/

      I have never ordered from this company and somehow ended up on their email list. I get SEVERAL emails a week and have tried to unsubscribe but the whole effort has been useless. The unsubscribe button takes you to a place where you have to email the company, which I have done, THREE times over the last 3 months. I finally called and got an earful from the beleaguered customer service rep who said they have been under siege with requests to be unsubscribed and the emails are coming from "corporate". They have my info with a phone number I haven't used for 15 years. ???? The rep started his own excel spreadsheet of complaints and added me to it. I still see the damn emails every other day. Yes, I can just sigh and delete them, but I really should be able to unsubscribe without all this bother. The rep suggested I contact the BBB. So here I am. Sad that a company supporting artistic endeavors is so absolutely piss poor at listening to its clients and its own customer service reps.

      I ordered an item on March 30th and cancelled it April 28th when the "In Stock" item was still processing. I've still not received a refund or even an email confirming my order's cancellation. As of right now it's still "Processing" even thought three different agents (David, Amy and Rohan) told me it was cancelled. Luckily I bought this item via PayPal so I expect I'll have to file a claim with them.

      After reading reviews I was a little sceptical about this company. I did my due diligence prior to calling them. I understand issues can arise and can't always be resolved to everyone's satisfaction. I can only comment on my experience. After researching Yamaha guitars for several months, I was unable to locate one in a 200 mile radius from where I live. I spoke to numerous online vendors who said the item was back ordered. Woodwind and Brasswind had the item in stock. Their representative, Allison was professional, courteous, and most of all patient. I was honest and told Allison about some of the poor reviews I had read on the BBB page. Allison explained she would look into the shipping and other complaints I had read. Allison reached back out to me and told me she could understand my concerns and respectected my decision if I chose not to place an order. She stated she would not pressure me into making a purchase I wasn't comfortable with. She also wouldn't call me like other vendors had to make a sale. I purchased a Yamaha A3M guitar and a hard case. The items were delivered to me in 2 days and in perfect condition. After opening the items I discovered the guitar was packaged in a case. I called Allison and told her about the case situation. Allison asked me about the type of use and conditions I would be using the guitar and case in. We both agreed I probably didn't need the additional hard case I had ordered. Without question Allison emailed a prepaid return label. From my personal experience I would give them more than 5 stars. My experience was so good they will be my first call on any future purchases I may want to make.

      Ordered a vinyl in April. Still haven’t received it. Customer service is a joke, they don’t respond to you. You have to jump through hoops to get a refund. NEVER buy anything from this company. Huge scammers.
