    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your car dealership regarding the purchase of a 2023 BMW XM almost three months ago. Despite the passage of an extended period, I have yet to receive the necessary vehicle title.On May 1st 2023 I paid in full $157980 and purchased a 2023 BMW XM from your dealership with the understanding that all necessary paperwork, including the vehicle title, would be promptly provided. However, to my dismay, I have been met with repeated delays and excuses from your staff. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism after making a significant investment at your establishment. Not having the vehicle title in my possession has caused numerous inconveniences and complications. I have been unable to register the vehicle in my name.Since the purchase, I have made several attempts to contact your dealership, both via phone and text, to inquire about the status of the vehicle title. Unfortunately, my concerns have been met with vague responses and unfulfilled promises, leaving me frustrated and increasingly dissatisfied with the level of service provided.I would like to request immediate action to rectify this matter. I expect your dealership to expedite the process of obtaining the vehicle title and provide me with a concrete timeline for its delivery. Additionally, I would appreciate compensation for the inconveniences, expenses, and potential legal ramifications caused by the delay.If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 3 days from the receipt of this complain, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this issue by filing a complaint with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and seeking legal assistance to protect my rights as a consumer.I trust that you will take this matter seriously and handle it promptly. I eagerly anticipate your prompt response and resolution to this ongoing issue.
