    I had a family member attend this treatment center and here are some things I experienced: 1) The admissions officer made no effort to prepare the loved ones for this experience. Nothing about the process, methods, goals, etc. There was a single call made with the client, and once we checked them in, I was left in the dark. 2) It is very difficult to get through to anyone and my family member told me that they do not check voicemails. 3) A worker at the facility told me that in order for us to visit, that the client has to fill out paperwork. When I asked my family member about this, they said they had no idea about it. The claim also turned out to be false - all they had to do was write a list of names of people who could visit. 4) They attempted to charge me an additional $900 for what they claimed were additional required services. After speaking with someone, I was told it was an error and wouldn't be charged for it. 5) My family member checked themselves out 3 weeks in, stating there was a fight that broke out and they feared for their safety. I attempted to call Kathy, the manager of the treatment center, to speak about this, and left a voicemail when I couldn't get through. It took them nearly a week to respond to me. They didn't make a single effort to apologize for being late to respond. Once I was able to get in touch with them, they said someone else would get in touch w/ me to discuss, and that they didn't know when this would be. 6) I was charged more than I should have for the last week spent in treatment. When I finally spoke with Kathy and asked about it, she said she'd text me the email address of the person in charge of billing. I have yet to receive that email address. This is understandably a very difficult process for loved ones involved and I don't feel this facility made any effort to offer support, guidance or assurance. I paid for it out of my own pocket and feel I was left in the dark the whole time. I now regret for giving them a dime.
