      1/21/24 68.88. Shoes worn down less than 3 months after delivery. Had same pair right before and had same amount of usage and lasted one year. Attempted to contact customer service with no resolution via email. Asked for supervisor twice and no contact yet.  I attached some pictures of email thread but not all of the back and forth emails.

      ON 04/01/2024 I purchased a pair of shoes online in which they had a sale of 50% off. Needless did I know that the sale prices were only good for what appeared to be extra wide widths. The shoes were delivered and that is when I realized these were the wrong size. I immediately sent in an email to customer service and explained the situation. It took a couple of days before I received a response from them. I told them that I needed a 12m and not a 12xw. They informed me that their return policy would not allow for an exchange for the same size or same color. I have argued with them that a 12m and a 12xw are not the same size and they would not exchange them for me. They did say that I could return them for a refund. I did attempt a return process but noticed that they were going to send me right back the same size and that is when I started the refund process. After multiple emails back and forth I decided that was the route I was going to take and would never buy from this company again. So I printed out the return label and dropped it off at the FedEx site. I emailed them back and told them that I had dropped it off. I even sent them an email with the correct tracking number showing that the return was delivered to them on 04/18/2024. They told me that that have them and that the return process could take 7 to 14 days to process. I work in retail and this refund policy is not acceptable nor is it normal business practices. Now I have told them that I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and now they will not even return my emails. in the email it states We will issue a refund to your original form of payment on receipt of your return They have confirmed they have them yet they still have not issued my refund. They are telling me the anticipated refund amount is $37.45 and at this point I am asking for the full refund amount of $46.01. This process begain on 04/01/2024 and it is not resolved as of yet.

      Ordered shoes they refunded my other orders did not refund one and it has been since august 13. I called several times and was told I would have my refund by the 11th.

      On 8/13 I went to the kswiss website and was excited to find a discount was applied to the shoes I was purchasing. I placed the order and when I noticed it had not shipped and checked my email I found that the order was cancelled and refunded. I emailed the company and when they replied they said I used a coupon that wasn't valid. I didn't enter a coupon when I placed the order, that was the price that was given to be at checkout. I even sent them a screenshot of the order confirmation which did not include any kind of promo code. If I had used a code it should have appeared on the order confirmation. They refused to honor the price and ship the item and instead sent me a coupon towards another purchase. They did not admit that the issue was their website and instead claimed I was trying to do something malicious. I feel like this was false advertising or them baiting and switching me to order more. I think that they should honor the price I was offered at checkout because I did not enter a code. I would like to have the order that was cancelled fulfilled and shipped for the original price I paid.
