We contracted this service in June 2023 and we were guaranteed 3 seller leads in 90 days. We have not received a single valid lead in the 8 months since. We have reached out to customer support several times requesting a refund but the company has failed to take any action.Initial Complaint

Under the name *******, I was solicited by this company by phone to purchase into their lead program. The date was 2/1/22. As told to me I would be provided with leads that were appointment ready to discuss listing their homes. That any lead that was unresponsive, already represented by a realtor, was selling a mobile home, contact information was inaccurate, was not the owner of the property, or otherwise was not appointment ready would be replaced with another lead. Supposedly the leads were screened by the office to make sure they qualified. With this understanding I agreed to purchase 10 leads for $3000 for the quarter ($300/lead). Virtually every lead I received was not qualified, and I asked for a replacement. My contact was *************************, President of Sales. He was always quick to replace the lead when requested. However, when the leads trickled in very slowly, and I was receiving nothing that qualified, I asked for a refund of my investment. He grew extremely hostile at that point, and guaranteed me that I would get leads that worked at that even one sale would result in my getting more than my investment back. So I continued. I continued to receive leads occasionally (1-2 month) that were all of poor to worthless quality. Clearly they were not screened. I always followed up with these leads to whatever extent was possible within the perimeters **** had given me. Then, in Oct 2022 I stopped receiving leads altogether. I notified ****, and he assured me it was due to holiday season, etc, etc, and that he was on it. I checked back several times in the months since, then on 3/24/23 I emailed **** again, telling him I was not receiving any leads still, and asked about negotiating a refund. **** called me quickly thereafter & said he just learned that I had been cut off in October and that the territority had been sold to someone else. Since I never received what I was told I would - high quality pre-qualified appointment leads, I would like a refund of my $3,000 investment.
