Why waste your time with all the other Huxsters tax relief professionals who just want up to $5000 to do nothing. they promise this and that up X% tax relief and you’re paying them to lie to you. Eric asked a few questions and then set my feet on the right track to being debt-free. I was denied but didn’t leave me.empty-handed but gave me a bunch of tools to get out of the stranglehold. I’ve renamed, Anthem tax relief, to “NO BULL TAX RELIEF” look no further

I started talks with Anthem, (I won't mention the representative by name) and at first they were fairly professional & straightforward. However, after asking very direct pertinent questions, they would side step my questions or imply I was asking a different question. Then when I would clearly re iterate my question they seemed to realize they couldn't take advantage & exploit my vulnerable state of mind, which many are in that come to them with tax debt issues, and the rep. said "I don't think we're a good fit for you" and then hung up on me. Only reason I gave 2 stars was that they were personable at the start. My advice is to carefully weigh out the numbers. If including their fee it's a gamble to save money in the long run, your probably better off making a deal directly with the IRS yourself. It could be strung out for many months & there's nothing that guarantees they can stop levies etc only that they will try on your behalf to negotiate a deal or get a levy reversed. So if you understand that & still choose to have them intervene on your behalf at least you educated yourself of the pro's n cons.

Anthem was very responsive to our request for information. David C. was an amazing customer service representative, taking the time to thoroughly vet our situation and patiently answering all our questions in a very knowledgeable and friendly manner. Although we ended up with a different company, because it was a better fit with our particular needs, I would go back to them again in a heartbeat. The other nice thing was that they gave us just enough communication , without the harassing phone calls that other tax relief companies sometimes use.
