On 8-3-22 my 2017 chief vintage motorcycle was towed to the dealership for the left side headlight to be checked and fixed.I received notice on 8-4-22 its completed I retrieved it on 8-5-22 when I arrive home 30min. later I check my lights and its out again . Immediately I call & explain & *************************** tells Me to bring it back tomorrow.He,s clearly frustrated with me as Im describing to him the lights out again *************** calls me on sat.8-6-22 & tells me the shops gonna be backed up so come in the following business week.I also mention to him at this time now the center headlight is out. He then tells me they changed that bulb. I tell him I never had a problem with the center just left side. If your siting on the bike it would be my left light I couldnt have been any clearer which lights are out. In fact if the dealership turned on the lights to fix the light they would have seen which lights are out. Makes no sense. Well on wed.8-10-22 schedule another tow truck to deliver ********** so I called *************** to inform him of the arrival. He starts talking about what diagnosis gonna cost and I say to him sir you never fixed problem the fist time in addition to that youve disabled the main headlight hes so made at me now hes telling me to not come in any more there not gonna fix it he tells me Im a problem etc.several times Ive call Polaris to complain about this dealership not honoring their extended warranty and charging diagnostics fees of 170 plus an hour. But when under warranty its a 50$ deductible No matter what.they did not check the wiring *********** had stated that this bulb has blow out& was replaced two months ago. I noticed a wire dangling from headlight position either they broke it or fail to completely connect it back. Polaris has record of me opening an ask Polaris case file which I was told it was satisfactorily completed not so. ****** $ paid I also had a GEICO claim just recently & they added about 3to4 thousand$Business response

To whom it may concern,
We have bend over backwards to accommodate ************** and have accumulated approx. $1,500 in losses to do so.
With dozen repair orders in less than 2 months and approx. $1,500 in losses we feel that it is better for all parties involved that ************** takes his business to another Indian Motorcycle dealership.
