Relieved treatment 4/1/24 and got almost nothing as far as actual treatment. Visit was for a laceration from an animal, and the Dr never even touched my finger. No flush, no dressing, nothing. I want a full explanation of charges to review, and reconciliation following.Initial Complaint

Account# **********. On **/**/** I received a **** from West Sound Emergency Physicians for $1522 related to an ER visit that occurred on 10/7/20. This **** had never been sent to my insurance company. Instead, this company sent me to collections. When I contacted this company on 10/12/21, they said that it was a clerical error and would be pulled from collections and sent to my insurance company. The person I spoke to said that they could not provide documentation of this process so I could dispute the **** on my credit, but assured me that it would happen quickly. As of 1/4/22, the claim has not been sent to insurance company nor has the **** been pulled from collections. I contacted West Sound Emergency Physicians again and they said that they would send the request to insurance and pull from collections and it should have been done but there was nothing [they] could do to speed up the process. This clerical error has led to me losing over 100 points on my credit report and West Sound Emergency Physicians again refused to provide any documentation of their error.
