AVOID AT ALL COST! Absolute dog s*** company with the most deplorable, NOT ONLY business ethics, BUT MORAL ETHICS. The owners are lying, conniving, greedy scumbags who would do anything to turn a quick buck even if it means exploiting and cruelly treating their clientele lower than dirt. They are snake oil salesmen tricking people into believing that they will have an exemplary tour experience and then turn the trick on you and trap you into paying much, much more than initially expected. By then it'd be too late since you have already sunk money into the tour. These people have no conscious or sense of morality. Such depravity can only come from those who have no sense of guilt or shame. Unprofessional, unorganized, and what's worse? This woman can NOT get off her high horse and thinks she's superior to everyone by threatening the fact that she's married to some attorney allegedly. This empty threat is to force customers into their despicable schemes and use fear tactics to ensure that no one will voice their opinions against them. Do not book with Fatima Tours there are so many other better tours out there who will treat you like valued customers and actual human beings. Fatima Tours should be ashamed of their actions.
