We bought an Airstream trailer from this business and we now consider it a "lemon" after multiple attempts for Airstream and an independent facility to restore it to working order. I have sent you a narrative on this "Airstream Adventure". We have our document repair order documents if you need them. We sant to declare this a lemon under the Lemon Law. We have been to 3 different Airstream service centers and one independent service provider. To this point no one can repair this coach to allow us to have confidence in it's ability to function. We now have the coach at the Airstream service center in *********************. Latest news is that the inverter was wired wrong from the time we picked it up. This was an expensive coach and it is an unmitigated disaster. Please give us advice on resolving this issue.Business response

We are in communication with ******************. His complaint stems from issues that transpired two years ago. About 1 year ago, we picked up his unit, repaired it, and sent it back to him.
This came as a surprise to us, as we were not notified by ******************, and this complaint just appeared. Since the complaint, we have been in communication with him and attempting to resolve his issues.

I reject the response. We did bring it to them, but we have documentation that the wiring was installed incorrectly resulting a near catastrophic event in the trailer. My desired resolution is for them to fully pay for the correction of the electrical system and costs incurred due to the faulty wiring.*************************, M.D.
