I took my car in for collision service January 10,2023.On February 15,2023 they ask me for authorization to request for move forward for more car repairs. I authorization to fo through insurance I don't want to pay out of pocket. March 9, 2023 I received a text message that my car was in body and it was going to be ready the next following week. I called on March 28,2023 asking if my car going to be ready they gave three different stories. I been asking to talk to the Supervisor to give me a call back he never did. I called ****** dealership to talk to Monsse to talk give me an update on my car. They told me that my car was going to be ready March 31. I also asked if management can give me a call back status on my car. I never got a call back. On April 3 I called again to give me status. They gave me different stories on my car status. I told them I it unprofessional how management could give me a call back. So, early that evening Supervisor call me back tell me there was insurance payment was pending.April 7 ****** insurance return my call there is no payment pending so my car can be release. ****** insurance did a three way call to the Auto collision. ******* auto collision was really rude to both of us. No, customer service he hang up. *** Supervisor sends me a message that my car is ready for pick up. ****** calls me at 12:56pm that my car is not ready. They need to collect money from insurance. I keep getting different stories. I hope you can help me out I need my car to go back to work and take my kids to school.Business response

En Septiembre 25 del 2019 tuve un accidente y llebe mi automobil Toyota Rav4 al taller mecanico Auto Collision Group. Me entregaron mi carro aparentemente bien por fuera . En Enero del 2022 me golpearon mi carro por la parte trasera por la defensa , y lo lleve a Longo Toyota en la ciudad del Monte , Hay llego el la inspeccion por parte de mi aseguranza State Farm , y determino que tenia danos internos de un accidente prebio. y yo no abia tenido accidentes , recientes solo el de Septiembre drl 2019. El ajustador menciono que no le abian hecho las composturas correctamente en el taller Auto Collicion Group. Hable con el encargaro de Auto collicion group y me dijo que lo tenia que llevar para que ellos checaran . tube que sacar mi carro del taller de longo toyota porque no quisiern hacerse responsables de una compostura mal hecha .Lleve mi carro desde el mes de Agosto al Taller Auto Collision Group , yo pague por los gastos de estancia en el taller previo y la transportscion. Esto fue en Agosto de 2022 , este taller dijo que iva hacer los correctivos de arreglar mi carro , puesto que ya la azeguranza pago por las composturas previamente . Hasta el dia de hoy Npbiembre 8 del 2022 no me dan respuesta cuando me entregaran mi carro . soy persona de bajos recursos y dependo de mi carro , para llevar a mis hijos a la escuela y trabajar . el Taller Auto Coallicion group no me dan respuesta , y cuando mi azeguranza trata de hablar con ellos nunca les responden , disen que el encargado no esta disponible . quiero azegurarme que me compongan correctamente las partes internas , poque la primeraves no arreglaron nada de lo interno .
