Received a collection notice from this company that I have not heard of or done business with. It was sent not to my house but to a relative who's address I've never used. When looking online I saw a lot of people saying they were scammed by this company leading me to believe that it is fake. When I attempt to call and resolve no one ever answers. Beware.

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/09/06) */ Hello, not sure what we have done wrong in this part but here are the details that I tried to contact and provide to the consumer. He sadly was not able to maintain his cool and started to use vulgar language; which was very difficult to continue the conversation. The consumer/patient went to an urgent care *****************************, whatever the patient paid for at that facility I'm not sure about. A sample was sent to our laboratory along with a lab order form to bill the consumer's insurance. So we performed the lab order as requested and billed his insurance company as requested. Sadly the HMO's have not being great at paying anyone's bills including the consumers. It went back and forth from the health plan to the IPA; each one denying the claim. The consumer was billed, since the insurance company denied his claims multiple times, after 3 notices sent to the consumer and no response, his bill was sent to the collection agency, called CCS. There was no call made to us from anyone, until after we received this notice, again attempted to call the consumer and he was incredibly heated and it was challenging to explain everything. The address provided on the lab order form, sadly was not a valid address provided by the office, the mail was returned to us by ****. So we followed the address based off of the insurance company in the hopes to reach the consumer so that he was aware that insurance company denied his claim. We are also aware that insurance companies also contact their members for all claims filed under their insurance plan and whether it was paid denied etc, so the same *** we received the consumer had also received.

Some consumers may elect to not publish the details of their complaints, some complaints may not meet BBB's standards for publication, or BBB may display a portion of complaints when a high volume is received for a particular business.
