      Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/07) */ I *****************, owner of Salinas Tires, can say I never worked on ********* car, never touched the battery nor starter. I have so much work ahead of me and so many people that appreciate what my shop does for them, for me to waste some time stealing parts I don't even need nor use. I run a business, I don't have time to be focused on stealing someone's parts. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/03/21) */ *** Documents Attached *** I have proof of cash withdrawal (to pay Salinas repair shop for repair). I rode my Escooter before 2pm from his shop to *********** address is: **************************************. I was there from 2:15- 2:25 on 12/16/2021) to pay him cash. Per conversation with **********, he said since I'm paying cash and he was willing to adjust the price from $650 to $550 (tax included) he was gonna have his workers do the work under the table (without a receipt and he said he ran out of paper receipt), our text message communication. According to my ****** map timeline 9:51 am to 1:57pm in addition to photos I took that day for my own record, I was at ********** auto repair shop a little over 4 hrs for repair. (See attached files) Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2022/03/30) */ Like stated beforehand, we deny the consumer's complaint. Without a proper receipt we cannot verify whether the consumer's complaints are credible or legitimate. We will not move from our current position (denying the complaints) to a middle ground until the consumer can provide a valid receipt of service.

Some consumers may elect to not publish the details of their complaints, some complaints may not meet BBB's standards for publication, or BBB may display a portion of complaints when a high volume is received for a particular business.
