Business ProfileforAbove and Beyond Tile and Hardwood

I contracted *** ********** the owner from Above and Beyond tile and hardwood to do epoxy flooring and countertops for my home. He bid for the job and charged me $6,000. I gave him the $6,000 as he told me he needed the money for the materials. I gave him the money and he spent it on personal matters. He spent the $6000 I gave him and told me he ran out of material and didnt have money to get any more material. I went and bought $1500+ more of material so that I can get our floors done because we dont have our sink operational, our stove is in our backyard and our refrigeratoris outside also. We dont have a kitchen or living room because everything is put away so that *** can do our floors. My children and family haven't been able to have our kitchen for 3 weeks now and our floors are still not done. I was desperate to have our floors finished so I spent the additional money so that *** can finish. Once again *** did the floors with the materials I bought and once again he didnt do them correctly. *** didnt bother to try to prep and clean the floor and do it right and once again the floors are uneven, not smooth, sticky in some places and missing epoxy in others amongst other issues. He stated he would have to go over it again and once again he is asking for more money. We already went over the original amount we agreed upon and than what he said it would cost to do the work. Now he is saying that he will not complete the job he was contracted to do unless I give him more money. I contracted him and he gave his word that he was a legi***ate business and there was no shady business but now that he has been paid he is asking for more money and not finishing the job he was contracted to do. I have texts messages, I have receipts, pictures, and videos to prove everything I am saying. I dont even think *** ********** is running a legi***ate business and I dont think I am the only person out there that has been taken advantage of and scammed.
