    I purchased my second piece from this company which is a hair piece to cover my male pattern baldness. The first piece was great and the second piece was defective and the price went up significantly. They refused to send me a new piece after I told them I would send this piece back after they sent a new one because I needed this to cover my baldness. I begged them to understand and they were rude and did not address the problem at all. I didn’t want my money back I just wanted what I paid for and respectful customer service… I didn’t get anything but a run around. The demanded to speak to my hairstylist and never contacted him and the refuse to admit that their product was defective or damaged. I begged and pleaded with them to send me a new piece and they refused. I have all the emails to prove how insensitive and insulting they were and I’m not asking for anything more than what I paid for. They are well aware of my suffering from male pattern baldness and I told them that the defective piece would be sent back as soon as they replaced it with a piece that wasn’t defective because I can’t leave the house with visible bald spots. They refuse to admit or help me at all and I am stuck with an inferior product which is extremely unfair and insensitive. I begged and pleaded for a better outcome but they refused to help me. I am a hairstylist and I’m 53 years old… I have never experienced such negative and poor customer service. When I told them I was going to contact the BBB the said due to my threats there would be no further contact with me.

    This is a terrible company. I purchased the salon kit and tried to sell their products but the actual hair is really bad quality and they lie about what hair they actually use. When I called to purchase an item for a client even though I warned her of the quality, they wouldn’t let me change my method of payment, my last credit card was expired so no longer worked. And when I voiced my concern they put me on probation and pretty much told me not to shop there anymore and if I did, I could not get any refunds. All around bad customer service, bad hair. I shop locally now so I can actually see what I’m getting. And I’m no longer paying top dollar for crap hair.
