      On September 25,2023 I went online and purchased a 2004 **** Ranger 3.0 motor from Alex **** for $1,400 + $92.00 tax. $1,492.00 After several weeks, numerous missed delivery excuses from illness to auto accident during delivery- I cancelled and requested full refund. All communication stopped and I contacted financial service provider. Submitting documents to Green *** (dispute #************C) revealed the company and individual we had been dealing with was ***************** ************* The Auto King from ********** and his colleague, *** *************). Green*** cancelled the card and issued provisional credit $1,492.00 on 11/6/23 and reversed it on 12/26/23 as an authorized purchase? saying to contact ****** for a refund (3-1567000035782). ****** says that neither are ****** customers and that ****** Ads ********** on September 25,2023 is a fraudulant transaction from a fraudulent company. We have been unable to receive any response nor have we received any reimbursement from ***************** of The Auto King. Any help you can be would be greatly appreciated.

      On Jun 22 2023 I purchased an engine with 38K miles from the Auto King for my **** Saab 900S. Order confirmation number TAK#***. On July 12 2023 I contacted The Auto King, ***********************, because the engine sent, VIN *****************, has 128K miles (90K more than what I purchased). After several calls and emails they agree to extend the warranty from 6mos to 1 yr and refund me $500. They never sent me the refund and now the engine does not work. I have been trying to contact them since August and they have not answer my calls or emails. I sent a demand letter for a full refund of ***** plus $3.000 instantiation cost and for them to pick up the engine but again no response. The vehicle has been in the shop since July 2023.

      On August the 1st, 2023 Satisfied Automotive LLC received an engine from The Auto King, the engine assembly was installed in **** **** Aerostar September 5th.Vehicle was towed back to Satisfied Automotive LLC on September the 18th engine knocked the starter off leaving a hole in the oil pan Customer would like engine replacement please

      I ordered a transmission from The Auto King on June 19th 2023 in the amount of $1824.00, and received it June 28th. Once my mechanic put it in, we discovered that the transmission was defective and did not engage into gear. I notified them and they asked for a video or to talk to my mechanic about the diagnostics. After days of trying to get ahold of them they asked for pictures I told them that it was still in the car and I am a doordasher, my car is my income, and I didn't have the money to pay my mechanic to remove it. I asked them to pay for it to be removed since it was their fault. They refused. I had it removed and took pictures of each side. After days of back and forth of them asking for better pictures 9 all pictures were clear and included everything in the order) and asked to include a part that wasn't part of my order. They finally decided that they didn't want to pay to ship it back. They gave me dates 3 different times of when they would ship the new one. Then said, the one they had was too soupier for my replacement and they had to find a new one. Another month goes by, and they said they had one ready to ship and it didn't ship. This happened 3 times before they shipped a new one, and I received it on September 5th. With one quick glance, I could tell it was not the right size and would not fit my car. I notified them and they asked me to call the dealership and ask for the correct part number. I said, they sent me the right size the first time and they should've gone by that. I told them that I was done, and did not want another transmission and just to refund me. They refused to refund until I paid to ship the 2nd one back, after they made 2 mistakes and took so long doing it. I am trying to *** them but the address they have listed is an abandoned building on ****** street view. I cannot find their business on the ********** Secretary of state website. I don't know if they operate under another name, or if the whole company is just a scam.

      Ordered engine 3/31/2023, paid $1600. They claim engine was run tested thoroughly. Engine arrived 1 week later. I paid my mechanic **** to replace the engine and refresh any needed parts.Mechanic tells me engine is no good. Heads are leaking into the cooling system, blowing steam out of the tailpipe. And there's a slight knock in the engine. I contact Auto King to file warranty claim, and *** SIMPLY REFUSES TO HONOR IT.I was able to get video of the defects, and the video also shows the engine installed with their markings on it. It shows the steam, and where the radiator overflow was bubbling due to the air leaking in and you can also hear the knock in the engine. She says she can only refund me $400 because of the "restock fee". I explained that their warranty covers a full refund. I also explained this is not a cancelled order, it's a warranty claim. She still refused. So she says I have to pay for the return shipping of the defective motor and the restock fee. 3 months later, I ask that she give me full credit for another motor. *** agrees. I ask for another motor for my other car. She says it's more expensive. She asks for another $800. We finally agree that I pay $300. Engine never ships out. At 3 months, I ask, if they are waiting for more money, she says YES. I agree to pay $600. Engine goes out the next day. Engine was completely rusted out and was not a complete match to what I asked for so it was going to need multiple parts replaced in order for it to even work in my car. I'm out $2200 from them and another $**** from my mechanic installing a bad engine. Total $4000!! From website: "Hassle-Free 3 Months Warranty The Auto King *** warrants the original purchaser that their part is protected against any defect for 3 months from the date of original purchase. In the event of defect The Auto King *** will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the part. "

      On 5/18/2023 we contacted Auto King about a lower intake manifold for a 2007 **** F150. We were told they had the part and it would cost $470 to purchase. We were told the part would take a week to be received. On May 30 we received a *** tracking that part had been delivered. We did not receive. Upon checking with *** the part was delivered in my name back to ********* **. I contacted Auto King and told them I had not received part and they said *** had made a mistake. I was assured I would receive part in a couple of days. We did not receive any package till June 7th, and it was the wrong part. The invoice said it should be lower intake manifold but they sent upper manifold. I have returned part to them but do not feel I should be charged any fees, because the wrong part was sent! I feel I should get a full refund of my money. I believe this company is fraudulent and never intended to ship me right part! Nothing they said did they stand behind!

      Hi Team,

      We have sent the correct part and the customer received the part already.

       

      As per the pictures sent by customer there are marking on every part have in our inventory as per the pictures he has received the exact part.

       

      As part of resolution we requested customer to ship the part back to us and we would be refunding the amount he paid.

      Customer is not ready before receiving the part they have canceled the order and as per our company policy which he as agreed to.

       

      There would be a re stocking fee and a shipping cost involved which awe agreed to let go.

       

      Customer can ship the part back to our warehouse and we would be issuing a refund.

      Hello I purchased a Transmission for a 2007 *** 650I SMG, After long conversations with ******** sent him my VIN to insure he had the right transmission, My car has never had a transmission change or anything like that so now *** is trying to he sent the right transmission, however I clearly sent him m the vin number and model and told him to be sure and check it to be certain, Now he isn't taking responsibility for his actions, he clearly sent the wrong transmission and I have in a text where I told him to be certain before he sent it, My guess is that he just looked up the year and model, and or put in the wrong Vin. He is in the Blame game saying he verified it and its my fault but i clearly have the text conversation, It is impossible when you have the Vin to send the wrong Transmission, no other transmission will fit the SMG,I need him to pick up the old one and refund my money Please!!!!I I have also included my professional mechanics info who can verify that the transmission in my car is original annd the transmission sent by this company is absolutely the wrong one.

      As per our finding the customer placed the order for 2007 *** 650i  Transmission AT, (6 speed). We sent the customer transmission as per his request and we have attached the acknowledgment email that we received from the customer as well. Once the customer received the transmission at his mechanic address the mechanic told him that his car required Manual transmission. We called the customer and resolve his issue by refunding him $900.00. The customer agrees to withdraw his complain from BBB.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Only If the Money is returned today without any further charges or infractions.!!!! The company has shown it is not trustworthy.
