Sergio from 'Estrada Furniture' gave me a quote for the remodeling of my chimney which included a panel, 2 shelves, a mantel with pillars, and a desk. Sergio provided me with a quote of $3, 800 which included material and installation of the panel, shelves, mantel, pillars, and a desk in March 2022. He told me that he would use 'maple' wood for the shelves, mantel, panel, pillars, and desk. Sergio also told me that my floors needed to be done first before he would install the shelves, mantel, etc. He asked for a $1, 900.00 down payment which I wrote him a check for in April 4, 2022. Throughout the months of April, May, and June, I have tried contacting Sergio by calling him and texting him several times to see how the shelves are coming along. He returned my phone calls twice in the past 90 days, and in both occasions has said he is working on them and that he would send me pictures of the shelves. I have not seen nor received any of the work promised by Sergio. I again tried contacting him in July 21, 2022. When Sergio answered and identify my voice on the line, he immediately hung me up and did not answer the phone again when I tried calling him back. Right then and then I realized that he is scamming me. Watch out! Sergio is a fraud that takes money from his customers and you won't hear from him again.
