I ordered an auto part (2019 Honda trunk lid) from Apple Auto Dismantling, Paid for it, received a receipt with a stock number and vin number for the actual part I wanted. However, I received a totally different part, with different year model, different stock number, and different vin number. When I called the store, they kept transfer me from sales associate to another and kept me on hold for 32 minutes before they hung up. After multiple attempt calling them, I was able to get hold of ******, the associate who I placed my order with initially; Johnny told me that he wouldn't take responsibility and if I wanted to return the item, I had to pay $350 to ship it back to CA and they would deduct $200 restocking fee and lose the money that I paid to ship it originally from CA to WA. I Explained to ****** and *******(store manager) that what they were asking means I had to lose $850 on top of the time I wasted waiting for the part for the Apple Auto Dismantling mistake. They refused to talk to me further and ****** start yelling and threating me that he would hung up if I call again. I believe the way that Apple Auto Dismantling handling business is unfair, please assist me in resolving this issue and help other consumer and our community from such unfair, rude and unprofessional practices. Please see the attached documents which shows the part I received and the part that I actually ordered. ***** ********
